Chris Shill This place is absolutely horrible, they scheduled me for a video appointment and never showed up. Oh and then i asked for my lab results and they said they will not release them to me. So fellow veterans if you value your life and your health stay away from this absolutely terrible clinic. Oh and the individual that told me i wouldn’t receive my results was Colleen the Site manager. Awesome leadership VA. You really take care of the ones that served.

Rose They don’t call you when they cancel your appointment. My husband had an appointment today bright and early and when he showed up, they told him that they canceled his appointment themselves and said that they MAY call him to reschedule. They had ZERO reason why they didn’t call him and inform him that his appointment was canceled. They canceled his appointment OVER A WEEK AGO AND DIDN’T INFORM HIM AT ALL!? He works night shift so getting up early like this for nothing is ridiculous. It was also a half hour drive there and then a half hour drive home. Is this seriously how you treat our veterans? Absolutely disgusting.

NaturalDecorDesign Yuba City VA clinic does a great job. The staff has always been welcoming, friendly, and does their job quickly and efficiently.

Lisa Johnston This clinic has lost all of their doctors and most of the staff. I had to drive to the clinic today because all of my calls last week went straight to voice-mail and no return calls. I am about out of meds and need more appts with my local chiropractor. The manager of the clinic was the only one answering calls and the doctor filling in from Mather wont be at the clinic tomorrow. This used to be a great clinic in years past but its barely living on life support.

Ian Karutz Place is a nightmare. Their website, Google, and the sign on their doors say they are open from 6am to 7pm but theyre actually open from 7am to 5pm. No signs on the doors about updated hours. Only way you know the real hours is by calling their phone. Its been like this for a while too.

Doug Floyd I have been on blood thinners for over 30 years. In that time I have had occasion to have my blood drawn in many different labs throughout our state. The Sutter North lab stands head & shoulders above all I have experienced. All of the technicians are excellent. They handle themselves professionally, they are personable & friendly. Two of them Juan & Victor deserve special recognition. Their techniques are close to flawless & I have lost count of the perfect, i.e painless, number of draws I have had with them. We are very fortunate to these gentlemen & this lab for our care. I thank you all! Doug.

Samantha Fletcher Sat in the waiting room. 20 minutes later after others were seen beyond my scheduled appointment I was notified that they had to find what they were testing me for because they do not have the same coding. I wasted my lunch, and I work 3 jobs which gives me a small window everyday to get this done. Please make sure you communicate these things prior to someone wasting their time.

Vickie Although I dont have labs often, every time I have gone, the staff is exceptional. My only complaint today is the web stating hours as 6am to 7pm, confirmed around March 15, 2024. However, I called and the recording stated 7am to 5pm. Please correct discrepancy.

Adela Escamilla Moreno I’m writing this review based on my experience going there to see my niece in labor and delivery, this is my experience not hers. The hospital is very clean, the check in is quick you do need your ID, very friendly people, the security very nice, the nurses in OB Emergency are very friendly and took very very good care of my niece and her new baby girl. Thank you for your kindness and support.

Dennis C Everyone so far has been wonderful. New hospital, private rooms, clean everywhere and everything. The bathrooms were spotless. The cafeteria on the below ground floor had a very affordable lunch menu. Even the parking was surprisingly hassle free. Dinner had less options but that is OK (pictures). I hope the wife and the newborn get their rest and soon we will be free to go home.

Lakiah Hardson Words cant express how thankful i am to this hospital. They took care of my every need. I thank Debbie for always asking if i needed anything she was very sweet. They checked on me all the time, the food was amazing and if i got hungry again they would give me a snack and my favorite lemon ice thangy and i always had ice water and iced juice. They kept EVERYTHING clean. Stacey Defanti BMT made sure i had all my meds on time and kept me comfortable as much as she could she really made me feel like she cared. She worked together very well as a team with doctor Ritter they had very good communication. The hospital seemed to be a family. The food was so good! It did not taste like hospital food thats for sure lol! There were so many more that helped but I cant remember their names. But thank you guys! Thank you Sutter Health Medical In Sacramento.

Jennifer Gregg The one star is for the nurses. I was admitted to this hospital for an MS attack. I spent 5 days in this hospital receiving treatment for this. I was discharged yesterday and still have NO clue where my new lesion is, what the scans said, what ANY test or scan said, and with more health issues than I needed. Not only that, they sent me home with NO referral for a neurologist other than the one they had (horrible bedside manner, no empathy and she is not rated well on health reviews.) She said they had other neurologist but come to find out it was her. The Dr laughed when I asked questions regarding my own health and labs. They had only assumptions and guesses for me. They will also tell you to "calm down" when they have zero clue what to say and throw relaxers at you by the doubles. I wanted answers, not to be sent home worse than I walked in. They also needed to clean the room and asked if I would be okay if they wheeled me down to the valet area to wait for my ride! They placed me in a room with a work order on the window and there was no curtain. They said they hang blankets sometimes, just not when I was in the room. The nurses I had were more than amazing. Even making me a CD of all my scans to take with me to my doctor because she knew I needed them asap. My room mate had dementia and her family asked for someone to be able to communicate to her in her language, I cant tell you how many times I heard someone tell her "oh, I cant understand you" while laughing. Never again.

Amy McFarland My husband and I both had a new patient appointment to establish care with the nurse practitioner Heather. They put us in a room together which was no problem. Heather came in never introduced herself, just apologized for the small room. Ask normal questions to both of us. Spent a little more time with my husband’s history . No physical exam was completed on either of us. Less than 45 minutes total for both from the time we were taken back. My bill came it was over 200 bucks, I thought a little high for the service, but it is over priced Sutter. Then about a month later we get my husband’s bill for over 300!! I don’t know why it took them so long to send his bill since we were together. He called them to find out the price discrepancy. They said he was rated more complex! What!! He only takes vitamin supplements and he was having a minor issue. And we did ask for a referral. Again no physical exam- Literally nothing a MA couldn’t have handled! We Asked them to review the charges. After waiting 30 days, of course they aren’t budging. I looked at both the records and she put that she did a physical exam! And she put he has some heart condition that he doesn’t! Not only are they over priced, they are being fraudulent with our medical records! Never going back!

Brenda Kay I havent been here in a few months but in my experience the problems seem to be the triage. The privacy is a zero and scattered. They have someone near the security taking your personal info and then you wait to be triaged. Then you are behind a curtain where there are 3 different people taking your info and then they have you wait some more and in a couple of my visits once they call you to the back they have you wait again in a cold and uncomfortable room with hard chairs. With all of the negative reviews, I hope that they start to take into consideration that this is a hospital and not a jail. People are coming in with discomfort and pain. New triage and seating would be nice. Aside from that the nurse and doctors are great.

Masoud Haidary Its been 3.5 hours I brought my son They complet the checkup and chest xray and after 3.5 hours they are saying that our xray techician failed to complete the xray, no medicine nothing else you can leave.

s Why be a rabbit when you can be a turtle. The doctors and staff run the tests but you arent seen by the doctor for release until they do a shift change, so youre left to sit nearly half the day so they can take their time with no urgency on their part regardless of the well being of the patient thats forced to wait in the lobby. they are balancing the patients per shift, its been going on for years, Thats if the next doctor on shift even sees your chart. then when you finally are released you have to wait another 1-2 hours for your turn to finish paperwork. Its like this all day every day ever since they got a helipad on the roof. They need to better prioritize patients and let those with minor health issues simply go home instead of waiting hours upon hours to be told the cure is over the counter meds and rest.

Marilyn Dominic It was horrible. I’m severely sick. I have a bad kidney infection with a bacteria infection.. They didn’t even check my kidneys and I’m in severe pain, crying pain.. last year. I went through the same thing and they found a mass on one of my kidneys. I let them know in triage that they had to biopsy it last year.. They didn’t even send me a for a scan.. I know my urine results came back really bad and I also have a really bad bacterial infection. I was just given Bactrim from the ER waiting room and pushed out the door, didn’t even get a room!. I left it the same thing that I went with, Im diabetic also.. Just overall horrible experience to not be taken seriously.. The infection I have, I looked it up. There’s like a 40% mortality rate. I told her I showed her the culture results that my doctor did on Friday so the triage doctor knew. They didn’t even check to see how dehydrated I was. I know I need IV fluids. I still need IV fluids right now. I’m still in pain. Nothings changed the medicines not helping. I’m pretty sure it’s resistant to my bacteria. Infection because when I looked it up on the list of the ones that will work. Just horrible I’m sad

Dawn De La Cruz This was my first visit to Rideout Hospital Emergency Room. I love the care i recieved from all of the people involved in my treatment from the receptionist, to the nurses and the Doctor. Everyone that played a part in my visit were very kind, gentle, sweet, understanding and sensitive to my needs. They not once passed judgement on me for anything. They made me feel like i was important and my feelings were valid. They made me comfortable and my anxiety level was zero when normally i hate going t⁰o hospitals and i have sever anxiety bad when i need to go ĺ1iito the emergency room. This is the first time in my life that i had no anxiety and could completely relax. Everyone was very kind and so considerate. I love this hospital and plan to make it the only one i will visit when i need to even though i have to drive 50 minutes to get there. It is worth every mile. Thank you Rudeout Emergency Room Staff. Yo09ur all amazing. God Bless you all. The most important part of my visit was the fact that they did not judge me and treat me badly because of theur judgements. Thst is so important. Non judgemental hospitals and workers are very hard to come b qqa y so i appreciate that more than anything in the world

Lindsay Gomes This is one of the worst medical facilities there is. Some days they close early or arent even open because there isnt a provider available to work. I dont know how many times my medications werent sent over correctly or werent sent at all. And you cannot call this place. Would not recommend, unfortunately youre better off going to Rideout Hospitals Emergency Room if you cant just schedule with your Primary Care Provider/Regular Doctor.

Doesn’t seem urgent to me. “Due to a high volume of patients, hours may be shortened” how does this make any sense? Wouldn’t you want to serve more patients and stay open longer if there are more patients?

Alexis Gray I have had really bad experiences here in the past with a certain doctor that used to work here. Recently I had to come in and had a pleasant experience. The doctor was great and actually listened to what i was telling him. (which is very rare to come across with doctors these days) He didnt make me feel like he was rushing the visit just to move on to the next patient. He was quick but also attentive, took his time and asked me questions. He treated me like an adult with kindness and respect. Dr Joseph is the best and I highly recommend seeing him if you have to stop in here!

Jessica Cook The place was so clean. We delt with 4 different workers and all were so friendly, nice and helpful. We did get there just after they opened at 7:05am cause I didnt want to wait long so I could get them to class. We were 3rd in line and were seen before I finishedthe paperwork. Dr Glenn was beyond amazing helpful he listened to my kids asked them questions and tested their bodies order the right xrays and blood test and within a week HE called us and went over all that information. Id definitely go back we havent had such care for our kids in years and it was something we werent use to.

S JP “Jay Stah” Dr. Lang and Dr. Chin are excellent providers. They are compassionate and caring. I have never felt rushed or pressured with any of my visits. They will sit down and review your issues and get down to the facts. You may not like the information they are providing, but it is accurate and you need to understand what they are telling you is reality. I have worked with and seen a lot of providers. Dr. Lang and Dr. Chin go above and beyond my expectations.

Rogelio Conde Awful customer service. I signed up with Dr. Lynn as my PCP two months ago. After two months they haven’t been able to do simple Verification of Benefits. People on the phones are rude and condescending.

sybau 5 On March 6 my daughter was transported to Sutter Davis ER after being struck by a vehicle near our house. We received the most horrible treatment for medical staff I had ever experienced in my life. The doctors assistant was rude and acted like she did not want to be there, the nursing staff treated people like we were second-class citizens. I’m not sure if Sutter Davis is a county hospital, but I have good insurance. There was a homeless lady in there and when she asked the staff at the window for Assistance, they treated her horrible. I would not recommend this ER to anyone.

J K N Unreal!!! PA "Brea" wasted my time not only in office, but now come to find out the 6 months of fluconazole and my third tablet dose is not able to be picked up from the pharmacy!!!! After complaining to how I was treated by Brea to her manager, Brea calls me next day to say she has sent my fluconazole doses 6 months and 3rd tablet to walgreens pharmacy, upon trying to pick it up today, now its not going through ! All because she did NOT put in a prior auth!!!!! Im so over this yuba city office wasting my time! Its like they are stuck on a cloud of not getting jack crap done! Im over this office. If I didnt have to go here I wouldnt!!!! Im very upset! I had a 9:30am office visit and didnt leave till almost 12pm! And that was due to just a vaginal exam! She stood around waiting my life! Whats wrong with this office?!

Nathan B. Even with an appointment, I had to sit over an hour in the waiting room. I cant imagine the walk-in wait time, so be sure to schedule ahead. The nurses were very kind despite being so overworked. Went for an initial gender-affirming hormone therapy visit, felt genuinely understood & respected during the appt and left with a hormone prescription :)

Odalys Lucatero Been here before and was more then fine, but my last visit I waited maybe 25 minutes to see a physician and shorty after going in I could here the mi associate physically grudge at my insurance information part of the procedure and speaking in Spanish ab what to do. So I simply refuse to get my iud here and just left my appointment without it.

Eliza Deed I had a great visit today. I went in at 8:30, and was immediately provided assistance. I thought I may be having a negative reaction to the Ella pill, but after thorough attention and tests and etc, I may be experiencing a Kidney issue. The doctor wanted to try everything she could to make sure I was okay. I’m in a lot of pain, but this place was patient, sweet, thorough and more. I was scared to come due to the reviews, but very happy I did anyways. I appreciate their assistance

Natali Had a great experience. I can say wait times are a bit extensive but regardless of that they provide good care. Esmeralda made me feel extremely comfortable! She’s very outgoing, knowledgeable and friendly. They figured out what’s going on with me in-house with out having to wait days for results. I had a great experience overall!

Gabby Juarez On Sunday January 12, 2025 my mom was sent over to UC Davis from Marshall Hospital due to an orbital fracture and a fractured nose . When I arrived all they had given her was Tylenol for the pain and barely slept due to them not giving her a pillow I asked for said pillow and they advised me that they were out . Dr’s told me that in the Morning she would be admitted into a room and she would get an Echo scan of her heart .. that never happened . The room situation also never happened and we go wheeled into the hallway instead . My mom was extremely upset and wanted to be let go and mind you we had already been waiting 14 hours and nothing happened. Nobody even came to check up on us one of the nurses that had nothing to do with her area was willing to help and I asked if there was anyway my mom can be let go because we were done waiting and we would rather get treated from San Jose And she disclosed that she would look into it as soon as possible. I tried talking to the trauma nurses from day and one of the nurses was extremely rude and close. The door on me told me that they were gonna tend to a new patient that was coming in and somebody would probably help me later. Come to find out that patient was up getting a room away . I asked where the bathroom was because my mom needed to go to the graven. Nurse barely helped me. She pointed me to the direction of the restroom, but then after that we were on our own. The doctor that came to see my mom before we left was adamant about letting us go home. I told her well we haven’t been. Talk to you at all and she tried to reassure us that it was gonna be fine that she would rather have her be there. I said well I cannot wait until you guys are ready to treat my mom my mom’s in pain. They had her on oxygen and they unplugged it just to place her in the walkway. One doctor came to check out her hand because since she had gotten there, she was complaining about the pain on her left pinky and it turns out that she has a fracture and they wanted to keep her to put a cast on it but I said no thank you we’re just gonna head home She was not too happy about that. Not to mention there is no up keep with the restrooms so Disgusting when I took my mom in there was feces on the floor. The main restrooms inside the building near the cafeteria were also trashed and had OC covers pee all over the floor toilets were not flushed. Counters were so dirty. I did not want to even use the restroom, but I had no other choice since all of them were In the same condition. If you can avoid this hospital, please do not sit foot in there they are rude. They are racist and they pick and choose on how they treat people.

Jefferson Leiloni “Leiloni J” This is for the ER! I am currently at Sutter Memorial having my daughter treated urgently after being totally neglected at UCD. They are under staffed and overwhelmed so I totally was trying to be understanding but when you leave your patients that cannot breathe and neck is swollen and pressure is causing vision loss..left unattended for hours in the waiting room without even checking on us or offering anything for relief and No compassion smh I cannot believe how horrible this hospital is. The Whole ER needs a revamp starting with the Horrible staff. Oh almost forgot I left there came to Sutter they rushed her back immediately and started treatment saying it’s an urgent matter

mirna cardenas This place is horrible, it’s a complete joke. Especially the emergency department. The staff are very rude to patients and your looking into waiting for roughly over 4 hours just to be seen for standard bloodwork before your even taken to the back. My mother in law was transfer via ambulance due to a fainting (possible stroke) and fractured her face and even then already being in the back she waited 2.5 hours to be seen and told they wanted to repeat the blood work she had already gotten done at the previous hospital she was at. Then she was told they would be keeping her overnight for observation and had to wait 4 additional hours for her to be admitted and transferred to a room where she was in for about another 4 hours before she got kicked out into the hallway because they where told “we have 60 patients ahead of you”. Am not sure what there issue is on why they can’t function in an organization and professional matter to treat there patients but they are horrible at it. They really need to reconsider their system

Lauren Pacheco I want to warn new mothers about this maternity ward. It’s just sickening how some nurses and doctor still have their jobs here. The amount of lying, retaliation, and medical malpractice in the maternity ward is absolutely insane. I nearly died and had to call my doctor saying I’m gonna die here. They said my pain in my chest was all in my head. 15 hours I could not breathe. They sent in social workers and even tried to take my child away when she came. I had a collapsed lung btw. Oh, did I mention they didn’t treat it either and I have permanent scar tissue, lung damage, and asthma now? Yep. They also forgot to give me a pillow and my insulin. When I mentioned this the nurse was pissed and retaliated. When my daughter was jaundiced and needed to have phototherapy she was crying non stop. They refused to let me hold her, they didn’t give her any breaks either. I had preeclampsia, a collapsed lung, emergency cesarean(thanks to my doctor who came to my rescue.), and the I asked if they could give me a break to rest because if I can’t do anything to help her can someone please come and give some time to rest as I clearly needed it. They called social services and said that I can’t handle a crying baby and my child needed to be taken away. I’m not kidding. Fast forward to my delivery at Sutter Hospial with my second daughter, absolutely opposite and incredible. They even offered to help with my second born because she too was jaundiced and they said some times babies don’t take well and they can take her for some time so I could rest. I started crying. And told her everything and she just held me and said it’s okay and they would never do something like that. So ya, stay away. Stay very far away if you can. Oh, I forgot to mention they didn’t bill my insurance correctly, and then within a month sent me to collection for $27,000. Yep you read that right. I walked into their billing office and showed her all the documents and incorrectly billing insurance cause it to be rejected and they said they were doing it over again, then suddenly sent me to collections with any notification to me. She said once it’s been sent there’s nothing they can do. Luckily, when I called collections I asked if they report to credit, they said no. I said close it I’m not paying a cent then. They did close btw. Thank god for that. I wish I had the money to sue when I this had happened to me. But I was a young mom. If you are a younger parent and I mean under 23, go to Kaiser or sutter. Just trust me on this one.

Mike Hughes Excellent service and staff, I just finished a five day stay at Davis 6, the nurses and physicians are excellent. The doctors really push to get all the tests completed before your discharge, they also listen to your needs and will discharge you once you are stable. I will go out of my way to get to UCDMC if needed, I deserve excellence and appreciate great people and service.

Komal K. While most Sutter healthcare providers write doctor’s notes when patients are ill, Gagandeep Hira (a nurse), does not. This is very inconvenient and irrational. She is the first Sutter healthcare nurse who is dismissive when it comes to the concerns of patients. I was not happy that I had to see a nurse even though I pay top insurance. While the staff are very helpful, I will not be returning and will recommend others to stay away from the specific nurse ‘practitioner.’

Michelle LaCorbiere Worse place ever do NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Doctors don’t care about you or what you are going through. They offer NO assistance NO recommendations and force you to stay with doctors who make you uncomfortable and or have not assisted you. I have reached out to my doctor multiple times during pregnancy then after both miscarriages I was the one having to call in and ask for blood works or test or for assistance. Doctors are cold when you go into your appointment, very short with you just to get you out

Jared McGee Dr. Marks provides excellent care and understanding; is very thorough and does a phenomenal job at helping you make important healthcare decisions for you and/or your family. Dr. Marks has a passion for medicine and helping his patients; which can be plainly seen. Sutter Health brings professional medical practices and great healthcare to there coverage areas.

Whitney McConnell I would give them 0 stars if I could. I went in to see Heather Burrell and she had me crying by the time I left. She wanted to just argue with me and tell me what I was going through "would just come back if you treat it". She did not care about my issues. In fact, after she left my room, I could hear her talking to the nurse negatively about me. I would NEVER recommend anyone to see this doctor. Do yourself a favor; go somewhere else and see a doctor who actually cares about you and your concerns.

Diana Burke-Knapp I wish we had adequate services in our area. Don’t believe the fake positive reviews. I hope to have better support from them in the future since we have nowhere else to seek a higher level of care

Meghan Jorgensen I was a patient here for 3 years. Things were good until I mentioned expanding my family. My doctor stopped my medication immediately and basically told me to taper off my antidepressants myself. I tried doing this and had a complete mental breakdown. They will refuse to prescribe psychiatric medication to pregnant women which is not directly supported in the medical literature. They brought up getting on birth control at almost every appointment which I made clear was not an option for me. These doctors are refusing to prescribe medication to pregnant women and citing that studies show very negative fetal outcomes. This is not correct and I have found hundreds of peer reviewed articles in scientific journals stating that untreated maternal mental illness can actually have more adverse reactions than taking antidepressants. I feel discriminated against as a woman and a mother.

Lynn Matthews My husband and I just moved here from another state. We were taken on here at the clinic and have been provided a wide range of services to cover our individual needs. We were assessed and given treatment plans that have helped us both become more productive in our lives. Doctors, nurses, therapists and case managers all work as a team to help me be successful in my treatment and I hope to have a job soon and enroll in there educational program. There are also s broad range of groups they encourage you to go to. There are addiction services and other programs targeted at addiction. I understand they also have care for children and older adults! I honestly cant say enough here you should go to the open access clinic. They are there to help all you need to do is ask

Grant Journey While I was there I was treated with total respect and understanding. The staff seems to genuinely care about its patients. Even the really loud ones or the ones I myself would have a hard time dealing with or listining to while doing paperwork. The facility itself is pretty nice. Memory foam beds I think and there is a door you can close. Two Tvs are available. One in the main day room or dining room and one in another room with books and magazines available. Both are Netflix and YouTube capable. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience there.

James Leeper Completely underfunded. Appointments are scheduled to far out. Not enough employees to cover a Doctors absences and have someone take there place for an appointment. Not everyone can take time off at a moments notice. Thanks not helping me.

James Hudspeth I really like my primary doctor but he’s hard to get hold of and staff aren’t always flexible when helping to get paperwork dialed in for important financial matters.. Otherwise, a super busy and helpful place to go..

Sherri Patrick Do I have to pick how many stars? Cant I just give them a 0 rating? My PCP ordered me an EMG and Doppler Ultrasound. The EMG came back showing that I did NOT have Carpal Tunnel and my Ultrasound said that I had Peripheral Artery Disease. My PCP explained those results to me. After a vascular surgeon turned me away and refused to help me, I tried getting another appointment with my PCP, the nurse told me that my PCP said I needed to get a shot in my wrists for carpal tunnel first, then she will see me. What?!? Now my arms and hands are super purple, very very cold, intermittent numbness/pain and I drop everything! The psychiatrist is even worse. He prescribed me the wrong psych med not only once, not twice but 3 times! I even showed him my prescription bottles at my first visit. I was to see him every 3 months, my car broke down so my psychiatrist did a telehealth appointment with me. I told him that I need the correct medication. He first said he wasnt the one that prescribed the wrong one after arguing back and forth he finally admitted he did prescribe it. I asked him 3 times to repeat what he was prescribing and what does he do? Prescribed it wrong again. I called him and his nurse said that my psych said I needed to go into the office physically and urine test BEFORE he will give me the correct medication. I just had an appointment with him the week before. Again, What?!? The only good Dr. there is my Chiropractor. She is just wonderful. Needless to say, I really dont trust the doctors there.

Suly Jaan Worse place ever, I had paid them all my bill but they still reported to my credit and then later their accountant acknowledged that she was screwed. Horrible with appointments. If they keep you waiting in line for hours, no matter but you are late 5min, then you appointment is cancelled. I had virtual appointment, lady signed in me virtually and said doctor will call you right away. The doctor didn’t call for over an hour. I was running out of time, I had another appointment in my office. I had to call the Ampla front desk again and complain about why doctor is not calling? This place is absolutely horrible and irresponsible. The don’t have enough doctors and staff to handle the demand. I appreciate my primary care physician. She is phenomenal.

Galankala Foona I’m confused when they say they are also a “walk in” clinic and offer walk in appointments. I have called to see if there were any available appts for the day due to being sick and the receptionist says I can walk in. I did just that for them to say we don’t accept walk ins and then get turned around. This has happened to me twice at different times. Please tell me what their definition of “offer walk in appointment” means to them because they seem to be confused ad well.

It says press 1 for gridley office 2 for oroville… 50 mins now that nobody has answered… we’re calling off two phones. This place was good for a couple years. Now they are for the profit not the care. Find a new primary anywhere but here.

Jacqueline Morga Jodi the nurse at the emergency room who is there tonight 1/28/25 needs to be fired and will be sued!! She called security on me after my brother designated me to make decisions on his behalf. I showed her a text message and that he stated that and she called security on me. She told security lies that I was there all day and that I was video recording her. She did not want to admit my brother and was refusing him care. She kicked out my sister earlier in the day, after my sister had to ensure my brother was getting checked in. I had to call 911 to ensure his care wouldn’t be refused and spoke to police within this jurisdiction, which I have the text messages for. Security claimed the nurse said my brother is on a “PD hold” And isnt allowed to have anyone there as a visitor. I showed the security my camera roll and the text from my brother designating me to make decisions on his behalf. She clearly continues to violate patient’s rights that’s posted on the wall right next to her desk at check-in 1.

BeSafe BeSafe Nice Heart Surgeon, some good and caring staff. Some ignorant and careless staff. My father had heart surgery here. We were provided Nurse Manager’s contact information to contact in case we had any concerns. We messaged the nurse manager many times but she never responded to our concerns. My father was provided a good service by the staff. But some of the staff members were careless. They didn’t care to provide him with raised toilet seat to make easier for him to sit and stand from the toilet after CABG surgery (Open Heart Surgery) but they suggested that patient should not put much pressure on his hands when sitting and standing. How is it possible to stand from that low after going through an open heart procedure. Also one of the nurse told my Dad to put one hand behind on the toilet when sitting because the seat was too low. That contradicts the direction from the surgeon what patient should not reach behind him/her. Post Operation/Sugery care is not good. There should be some videos instructions given to the patient and family members post operation.

Zoey Goetsch Worst experience of my life when only 2 of multiple symptoms were considered, my health conditions not reviewed and after I signed billing paperwork they promised I would “get to speak to a doctor soon” and then checked me out saying it was the “common cold” and called security for asking to speak to a doctor. What was written on my forms was not at all the “common cold” and the 2 issues listed are more complicated with my medical history conditions. Worse though if they had done any scans for my level 10 stomach pains, nausea and vomiting, and back pains besides burning sinuses near my brain (which I mentioned needing emergency surgery over prior for lack of issued antibiotics) they would have saved me a month more more of misery in the results I just got from a CT scan and a Gastroenterologist reading my prior colonoscopy also at Sutter, where the PCP never went over the findings. Turns out it wasn’t “normal” at all. I’ve been unnecessarily living with pain as a result of these people. Having triage count as your doctor consult with only a PA on duty that walks away before you can finish speaking should be criminal. Don’t go here. I needed 2 rounds of antibiotics and steroids just to treat the desk rep’s interpretation of a “common cold” I also may need surgeries. Prepare to be ignored and gaslit.

Elyas Malik I always go to sutter emergency, and they had a good doctor. Now, the nurses are very nice but the doctor doesn’t have good experience with medical because he didn’t care about problems the patient have. When the doctor came to check me and my son, his cell phone rings, and he is busy on his phone 3 times, and he didn’t examine properly. I was very sick , and we drove to sutter 2 hours away because my house is away and we stayed there for almost 4 hours and doctor described wrong medication to my son he gave nausea medication but my son was coughing. In my opinion, they should hire doctors who have good experience about medical so they can save people’s life.

Jean E Ross I had a very positive experience and was in and out in close to 3 hours, with 3 different procedures , Every one was courteous and helpful despite being very busy helping many people get whatever the next procedure needed to be. Im grateful for the expertise and kindness by all the people that helped with the procedures I agreed to, to get the information needed regarding my health issue. Lisa Ohlhausen I was treated with kindness first and foremost but also RESPECT not just like a number. Other hospitals in this area have zero bedside manner and thats not the case here. shawna lentz The people that work there are rude there is. A ridiculous wait time my little girl is burning up with a fever and sitting in the waiting room for 5 hours and still hasnt been seen. Nobody even comes out into the waiting room to check on her or anything.

Tiffany Davis I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Orchard Hospital in Gridley, California. Dr. Cellucci showed zero bedside manner, didn’t even introduce herself when entering the room, and had a sheet wrapped around her, which felt highly unprofessional. The hospital itself was in terrible condition—the bathroom had a broken screen in the shower, and the overall cleanliness was lacking. My concerns were dismissed, and to top it off, I was handed discharge papers at 5 a.m., even though the paperwork stated I had been discharged at 2:30 a.m. The nursing staff didn’t inspire confidence either. They were walking around aimlessly, seeming disorganized and unsure of what they were doing. It made the entire experience feel chaotic and unprofessional. This was an unacceptable level of care, and I truly hope the hospital addresses these serious issues to improve their staff’s professionalism and facility standards.

marisol rivera Don’t come here at all unless you just want to be ignored. Waited 7 hours to get stitches, got fed up and ended up leaving without getting them. Staff seemed to just be wondering around, talking and not very attentive to patients. Very disappointed. This place needs to be shut down.

Alejandra We were here from 9 am till 1 pm. One of the male nurses is just the best. Hes a tall guy, really friendly and thoroughly explains everything and answered any questions we had. The Drs were also very kind and concerned for my step dads health. A few of the ladies working in the waiting room all seemed like they were annoyed and some of them answered rudely to some of the other patients that were asking when they were going to be seen. There was another lady in physical pain and they just ignored her. We saw one of the nurses, Im assuming, walk into the waiting room, look at one of the patients, proceeds to point her finger at the guy and then wiggled it, signaling for him to follow her. It was so weird. She looked extremely irritated by the way. We thought it was very unprofessional. Other than that, the tall male nurse was very caring and professional, just like the Drs at that hospital.

Thank you Sutter North for yet again having me come to an appointment that has been cancelled but yet still sending me reminders to show up too just to be rescheduled after sitting in their office for 15 minutes. Health care in yuba city has gone straight down the toilet. Mind you they didnt even know what doctor I was seeing when I showed up. I made this appointment 6 months ago in February to make sure I got seen to be screened that all my pre cancer cells were gone. SEVERELY DISSAPPOINTED

Julia Whitman Sutter can have more stars when someone actually answers the phone or responds to a request to schedule an appointment. Every single day I call (at different times) and am always immediately put on hold. No one ever picks the phone back up.

Heartley Sellers If you’re looking for a place that cares about you, go elsewhere! This OB office has caused me nothing but stress. Canceled my APT that I set up 2 months ago just because they felt like it. Sutter health in general is just a mess though. The people at this company do not care about anything except $$$$. They will make you wait 2-3 hours past your appointment and then give you an attitude when you want to speak to your Dr for longer than 5 minutes. RUN from this place.

Trisha If I could rate lower than one star I would. I have had years of experience working with this office and it seems to be the ONLY obgyn in the yuba Sutter area. Half of the desk staff is actually really helpful and nice, the other half are absolutely rude and cannot handle being corrected when being rude. Being pregnant, I will not tolerate being treated poorly. This is a drs office, if you cannot care for others why would you pick this line of work? I understand that customer service is hard but its even harder when youre rude to people. I have so much more to say about this office and their terrible services but Ill leave it at that. Do better Sutter ....
