It was a bit complicated. He provided a comprehensive report with photos and also walked me through it via phone. He was fantastic! I am so happy with the outcome. They tell me when I need an original part, or something maybe less expensive. I’ve gone to them for 24 years now, servicing a Jaguar and two Mercedes. Larry helped me navigate the insurance process so that I was able to get insurance to not deem the car a total loss and then they did a fabulous job of fixing it. I’m really happy with the job that they did and very pleased that they are near me.
