I saw a coupon in the local paper for an oil change and was so impressed by Grant and Peg that I continued to bring my cars to them. They were, and continue to be, honest, professional and trustworthy. It is so nice to feel complete trust when it comes to car maintenance and repairs! Oh, and you wont find nicer people.....

The new replacement part was ridiculously priced and he went out of his way to source a used part instead. He also was happy to work with me on the insurance claim and provided additional documentation photos etc to ensure I had everything needed. Thanks for all your help Austin!

5 /5 Mike Ayers: I drive a half an hour to get to his shop. 2 years ago I went to two other mechanics in the area. I dropped off my car and the next day I picked it up. $800 later they said it was fixed and it was not. Same with the second mechanic. So then I took it to Austin at Bear River Auto Tech. I took Austin on a longer than expected test drive so he could diagnose the situation accurately. Once we both heard the noise he immediately knew what it was and the repair was done flawlessly. He genuinely cares and Im 100% confident in his honesty and professionalism.

Prior to that, I had continued to drive to the bay area for servicing my vehicle because I had a mechanic I could trust, a mechanic with integrity. I thought he was one-of-a-kind. Then, my daughter recommended I go see Grant. I was thrilled to find another mechanic of the utmost integrity!! I am confident when I ask for a safety check that my vehicle is running as it should. I am confident when I ask Grant to trouble-shoot a concern that I am not given a costly list of "fixes" to the problem, unless they are truly needed. I go to Grant with the utmost confidence that I am treated fairly and respectfully.
