5 /5 Matthew Callahan: Certified Auto is the most honest and ethical auto shop in SLO! I was told at another shop ( in SLO) that I needed my disc brakes and rotors replaced. That shop gave me a written estimate that was very expensive. I took my car to Certified Auto for an estimate on the same brakes and they said “in all honesty we cannot change out your brake pads or rotors because there is nothing wrong with them. It would be unethical of us to do the work”. Certified Auto now has my business for life. Matt C.
