5 /5 Ray Santiago: Getting your transmission fluid flushed and replaced isnt something done often and I chose these folks to do the job. I called to schedule an appointment and Ted answered the phone. He was courteous, very accommodating and took the time to take all my vehicle information to ensure he had the right elements to complete the job. He also gave me a quote and that was the price I paid when all was said and done. I arrived at the appointed time, within a minute, Ted was there to meet me in the parking lot with clipboard in hand, took control and an hour and a half later, the project was done. Everything was according to schedule. I couldnt have had a more pleasant and smooth transaction, from the initial phone call to when I drove off the parking lot. I appreciate that a lot.
