5 /5 Kathleen v: I took my car that was hit after owning it for 2 weeks to Crash Champions. I had no idea how lucky I was to be referred to them by my insurance company. Very impressed with the customer service at Crash Champions they were totally topnotch. From beginning to end more than satisfied with the customer service receiving texts updates all through the repair process. The best part was picking up my vehicle 2 days before the scheduled deadline and finding my car better than ever. Highly Recommend they do everything right!

They kept me informed of progress and even completed it several days before the estimated time. I was very impressed by the quality of work done. I was even late to the appointment and Beth welcomed me with open arms! She could tell I sort of needed the car during the weekend so we made an agreement to drop it off on Monday and keep it for the whole week. Super accommodating and for that I’m more than grateful. Their text updates and being able to log into Geico’s claim site made the process even more seamless! It was super transparent and was able to see the progress of the repairs. Juliet and Tai (hopefully I’m not butchering) were also super friendly! I was in there during a peak hour I think and they were able to handle everyone with ease and while keeping a sunny attitude! Sort of made me want to work there with them and their positive-fostering work environment. :D I was able to get a rental while my car was in the shop. They ordered me a pickup to Enterprise and even that person was super nice. Picking the car back up as if I’m picking it up from the dealership almost brand new. Thanks team! I know where to go or who to recommend next time for any repairs to be done.
