He kept us informed of the issue and was very responsive. He worked with my warranty company and he ship fees were very reasonable. From the time I called to get an estimate, to the time I ultimately brought my car in to repair the starter motor, Christian was quick to answer my questions and schedule me an appointment. The entire process was quick, seamless and much more affordable than going through BMW service. Now that my car is out of warranty I will definitely be taking my vehicle here from now on.

Christian and the crew went above and beyond by checking everything out for me, replacing the tire and even cleaned my yellowed headlights so I can safely drive at night again!
