5 /5 Plant Nerd 4 Life: I feel so fortunate to have meet Chris, the owner of Davis Auto Care. After 10years of being a loyal customer to another local Auto shop, I reluctantly had to look for a new mechanic. The former shop I was using had grown to service so many vehicles, which required having more employees, and as the business grew, the quality of the work on my vehicles grew to be unacceptable.
Finding an owner operated shop has proven to be the ticket for quality service in my experience. I will no longer use any shop where the owner is not part of operations. Employees dont care about your vehicle the way a business owner does, the way Chris does!
Simply put, since Chris is the business owner and the lead mechanic in the shop, he is in a NO excuse situation to provide only the upmost best quality work, and so far, that has been my experience.
Thank you Chris for figuring out (in 2 days!) what my former auto shop couldnt fix in over a 5 month period!...
Im so grateful for you getting me back on the road!!! I am actually looking forward to my next automobile need, so we can continue to iron out the shenanigans left by my former mechanics employees after the business owner stopped participating in operations...
