5 /5 Christopher Woodson: Im so glad I came here. I have a swollen finger that I knew needed to be drained but hate needles with a passion. I was greeted, informed how many were ahead of me, and when it was my turn, they handled the situation very well.
Informed me what happened to my finger (no accidents or anything), and they proceeded to drain it. They were very understanding about my dislike for needles and did everything to make me comfortable. I also love how the medical assistant, Alejandra, was treated with respect by the PA, Bhumi the whole time. Everyone seemed friendly and it was a pleasant experience, all things considered.
I hope to not have to be back but if I do, I can trust Im in good hands here. Thank you.
