5 /5 N Haddad: Jared was very friendly, patient, and helpful! I had my alignment previously done at another shop after saving up for new tires. The steering wheel was off just a tad, but enough to make me not comfortable while driving. He talked the issue through with me and was able to fix it!! I’m so relieved now. Thank you so much for the wonderful customer service! I’m more than certain I appeared a little crazy, because after a tech test drove it, they said it was fine. It was such a minor issue, most probably wouldn’t have noticed. I really value the great customer service, something that seems hard to find these days.

5 /5 Ann Brown: 1.2.2025 Imagine on New Year’s eve (& would be traveling the next day) you notice “Low tire pressures”! I quickly called H&J Tires & they were closing in 10 minutes! I rushed there in 7 mins & only Rodimero & John, the owner remained. Rodimero quickly went to work & discovered a nail on my left rear tire, John the owner came out & they asked me where I would be going & I told them to Reno Nevada tomorrow from California. They said there was no way my husband & I could make it to Reno as such & in this wet winter weather, Immediately they said they were going to patch the tire!. It was indeed amazing that they were so considerate, especially when they were about to go home on New Years eve. I was so touched by their genuine concern in making sure our tire was fixed so we can make it to Reno safely. H&J Tires is the place you go to for prompt & excellent service & reasonable pricing. We have been there for the past 3 years & were always greeted by their courteous staff together with John and they always ensure we have the tires ordered & services were completed on time & to our satisfaction! We are very grateful to all of you at H&J Tires & will strongly recommend family members and friends to go there! Thank you so much, Ann & Thom Brown

5 /5 Christian Ballard: This is the only place I would ever take my vehicles. They do a great job with tires and they are incredibly knowledgeable about tires. In addition to tires they can perform many other functions, oil changes, suspension work, etc. They stand behind their work. In 12 years I’ve spent over $10,000 here and I will continue to take all of my vehicles here. Many thanks to John, Burt, and the team for keeping me and my family safe on the road!!!
