Katie’s been rocking this business for 15 years, and it shows in every detail. She’s high-energy, a fantastic listener, and her instincts for color, cut, and style are unmatched. Lucky we snagged an appointment before the holidays because her books fill up fast—she’s THAT good! She absolutely nailed the lift and vibrant pop that Miya wanted for her thick Asian hair, which is no easy feat. The customer service? Impeccable. The vibe? Upbeat, positive, and hella good time, with the best playlist. If you’re looking for passion, professionalism, and a seriously fun time, Katie’s your girl. Highly recommend—you won’t regret it!
