5 /5 Kathy Kessler: Hollister Collision Center did a great job of giving us an estimate for the repair of our Honda CR-V. Unfortunately, the damage was extensive and the car was totaled. Jamaica talked us through the process, our claim with insurance, and working with the adjuster. While we didnt see the result of a finished car, I know we will use them in the future.

The last situation I totaled my truck and they were so nice to me in dealing with everything that had to be done when a vehicle gets totaled like that and helps me with the insurance company. I would like to name Everybody by name but I cant remember everybody but your first Contact will Madie at the front desk and then Jamaica I believe runs the office and from the owner down to the shop guy everybody is particularly helpful and caring so I gave everybody five stars above and I would have given them 10 so Ill add the other five right here. So you can be assured youll get great small town friendly service in their shop

I called AAA as soon as I noticed that my left tail light was smashed and scratched. The process was easy with AAA; the representative provided me with all the necessary information and highly recommended Hollister Collision Center. I took my truck to them expecting a quick turnaround, initially thinking it would take just a few hours. However, it ended up taking a week, which I completely understand given the circumstances. I must say, the wait was definitely worth it! Steven kept me updated through emails and phone calls regarding the status of my truck. Finally, yesterday, I picked it up, and I am very impressed with the work theyve done. They went above and beyond in restoring my truck, and it looked fantastic. The staff was also very friendly, which added to the positive experience. Now I understand why Hollister Collision Center is so highly rated and recommended. Steven walked me through everything and made sure all features were working properly before releasing my truck. Their quality control is exceptional! Hats off to Hollister Collision Center!
