5 /5 Cyndi McCue: We were in the middle of a several stop road trip when we lost power to the galley appliances and outlets. We called several places until we found J&M. Maria was super helpful and knowledgeable, asked great questions and arranged for our visit. Joe checked out everything, found and remedied our problem, educated us about the rv systems, and sent us happily on our way. Hubs said hed drive up to Hollister from socal if we need work done in the future.

5 /5 Andy Buteau: Joe and his crew got our cargo trailer brakes fixed quickly and got us back on the road. They were real heroes to the three high school color guard teams that were depending on getting that trailer to L.A. for their championship. The kids are so grateful! 5 /5 Roberta Portillo-Bienemann: 5 star service all the way—from the moment I called and spoke to Marie, through the mobile service call at Pinnacles National Park campground! Marty, Steven & Christian were the mobile techs for the replacement of a broken lead spring on our travel trailer. They were professional, courteous and saved the day! We won’t hesitate to contact this business if we are in the area and need their services again. So grateful for their awesome customer service!!!

5 /5 Justin Rozinek: We were in San Francisco and noticed our leaf spring was partially broken and would need to be replaced. We searched along our route for a repair shop and found J&M in Hollister. We called Friday morning, and they said they could help us out. As we were getting ready to head the 2 hours to them, our landing gear quit working as well. Luckily, it broke after the truck was already hooked up. We got to J&M around 11 a.m. and they dropped what they were doing to work on our rig! They completed the repairs by 5 p.m. and we were able to head to our campground for the night. They have a very professional team and the prices were also very reasonable! These days, its hard to find a business that is willing to help when you are in a pinch. J&M is not one of those businesses. Great people and excellent service! Many thanks from @RoaminRozineks!

5 /5 Will G: Let me tell you -Joe and Maria are the best!! I am a first time client whose RV broke down at Casa de Fruta. I was a nervous wreck as this was my first time getting stranded. Many people at the campground and other friends who live near by swore they were the place to go if you want honest, dependable and good service! They were all right!!! They took excellent care of me and my RV. They communicated every step of the way, were knowledgeable in every aspect of rv life, and their customer service exceeded my expectation. Honestly , they made me feel like family and not a transaction. Thank you J&M and your crew!
