We had a major issue with one of our vehicles overheating. L&M correctly identified the problem, even when the dealership denied the issue. L&M provided diagnostic information and even a written statement explaining the issue they had discovered with the vehicle. Instead of charging us for unnecessary service, L&M went to bat for us to make sure we were taken care of. After several weeks of deliberation with the dealership, Mazda caved and replaced the engine, which was under warranty. We have continued to use L&M ever since. Anytime anyone asks us for mechanic recommendation, its a no-brainer, we always recommend the service from L&M. This morning I found a huge bolt sticking out of the tread of one of my tires. They quickly made a service time and it was taken care of within 10 mins for an extremely fair price. If you are looking for great automotive work run by a friendly and honest staff, I highly recommend L&M Automotive Services.
