This has been a one of a kind experience and I cannot recommend Napa Tire Inc. enough. If you want to feel truly taken care of, I suggest coming here. Special shout-out to Jay, a literal angel!! 5 /5 Mx: Awesome family business. Brought my Mustang here for an intermittent air conditioning issue. It seems to have been fixed, though Ill be testing it out over the next couple of weeks. The folks running the place are very friendly and highly skilled. Also, if youre a John Wayne fan, youll appreciate the front desk area!

They informed me that the alignment was not needed. Many other shops could’ve easily done the alignment when it wasn’t necessary. The staff is super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this place.
