Ran into some unusual circumstances with the car but Ryan worked with me to make things right. He was responsive and showed a lot of integrity in a situation where I think most mechanics/dealers would not. I have a lot of respect for him.

5 /5 Brian Price: Wow..superb service this morning! We randomly had an issue driving down 49, so we limped in with our Cayenne. Mark, the service writer (and a normal good human), was very helpful, saying they would scan it and let us know in a couple days. Well, even though their schedule was a few days deep, the owner, Ryan, scanned it right away and solved the issue, cleared the codes and test drove it. We were seriously only there an hour. I wouldnt expect it like this, but it worked out. These are great guys! Thanks and well be back...our Cayenne has a needy personality.
