5 /5 Wicearoni: After someone backed into my 2020 BMW M340i in a parking lot I wasn’t looking forward to the whole repair process but SSR Autobody made it way less stressful than I expected. I didn’t even have to deal much with my insurance State Farm, they handled all the communication and paperwork for me, which saved me a tonnn of time. When I dropped off the car, they helped coordinate my rental through Enterprise and had someone from there come straight to the shop so I could grab the car and go. No waiting around , no back and forth in an Uber. The quality of the repair was legit, my bumper looked like it had never even been hit. And what really stood out was the attention to detail. I had casually mentioned a light scuff on the side of the car that wasn’t related to the accident, and they cleaned it up without saying a word or charging me. Shah was super easy to talk to, explained things clearly, and kept me updated the whole time. The car was done faster than expected, too. You can tell this shop actually cares about people not just pushing cars through. Highly recommend.

The team was professional and communicative throughout the whole process, which made me feel very comfortable to trust them to handle the repairs. They take the time needed to make you fully understand the repair process and regularly update you. The quality of the repair exceeded my expectations, no signs of previous damages, and my car looked brand new. 5 /5 Crystal O: I brought in my Porsche Taycan after a small accident and this was my first real car and I probably stared at it in my garage every day for a month before I even drove it anywhere and of course the first month I decide to actually take it on a weekend trip I scrape the passenger side pulling into some tight driveway with an angled curb and immediately I panicked because I had no idea where to even begin with fixing it A friend of mine who owns a Mercedes g63 told me to look up SSR Autobody so I did and I ended up calling in the same day and they told me just come by and we’ll take a look I was expecting some generic front desk experience but instead I got walked through the whole thing in person by a guy named Shah who was super cool and made it feel like I wasn’t being judged for not knowing what I was doing. They told me I didn’t need to go back and forth with my carrier and that they could handle the estimate side directly with Progressive which saved me from what I thought was going to be a stressful back and forth with phone calls and photos and all that I dropped off the car two days later and they gave me a full update with photos halfway through the repair which I really appreciated because again I’ve never done this before and I was nervous about how it was going to turn out. I asked them about maybe fixing a weird vibration I kept feeling in the rear tire area and even though that had nothing to do with the damage they offered to take a look while they had it on the lift and ended up rebalancing the wheels for me just as a courtesy they didn’t even make a big deal about it just said we went ahead and took care of it for you When I picked the car up it was detailed inside and out the repair was completely clean and they had reset all my trip data and settings which honestly made it feel like I was picking it up brand new again These guys didn’t just repair the damage they kind of gave me a whole experience that made me feel like I chose the right place without even knowing what to look for
