Heather Wright Feeling a little under the weather today I went and got some fluids in IV Therapy from Nations Best Family Health Care. They made it so super easy to go and get checked out and hooked me right up to an IV that gave me lots of vitamins and immunity boost! I so needed that. Headache is completely gone and I’m feeling super hydrated. Thank you to all the staff and the providers that were so sweet and caring. They made me super comfortable and it was actually quite relaxing. Go see them for some IV Therapy!

Ron Grattan I recently found myself in a bad situation where I needed a new primary care physician. If you havent tried to do that here in Panama City, its really difficult to find someone taking on new patients. The beautiful people at Nations Best have been most accommodating and welcoming. Jessie, Danielle, Yari and my new practitioner Solomon Wolfe . Very helpful with your medical needs and a joy to visit. Thanks everyone.

Lauren Love Yari, Jessie, Danielle at the front desk along with Ms.Pierce and her nurse are absolutely amazing. They make you feel welcomed and heard. It took me 4 years to find a primary care doctor to stick with, and now that I have, I won’t be changing again. I have recommended friends and family to Nations best, and have nothing but good things to say. If you’re looking for staff, doctors, and nurses that genuinely care, please give them a chance.

Dena Seymour My husband was sent here for a workplace injury and he wasnt given the information needed from his employer. Jenna took the time to get the necessary information instead of telling him to go back to his employer to get it. This was greatly appreciated. Thank you for such a positive experience.

Jonah Walker My recent visit to this doctors office was a nightmare from start to finish. Not only did they fail to implement basic Covid safety measures, but the nurses were also incredibly rude and unprofessional. To make matters worse, the doctor I saw was shockingly rude and insulting. Whats even more concerning is that I later learned that all of their staff were home with Covid, yet they continued to operate without informing patients of the risks. This level of negligence and disrespect for patient safety is utterly unacceptable. Avoid this place like the plague—literally.

John Gorman I have the highest respect and admiration for Dr. Caspary. I have been Dr Casparys patient for many years now and he has always treated me with respect and concern. I have rare conditions besides E.N.T. and it amazes me how Dr Caspary knows about all of them. I have been to many Dr.s over the years from Mayo, Oschner, Penn University, UAB and USF and i rank Dr. Caspary as one of the most friendly and knowledgeable of them all. It is very difficult to find a Dr like him and i feel very blessed . I cannot say this of other Dr.s in this area and I have been to most. Thank you Dr. Caspary

Caitlin Niquet I couldn’t say better things about this practice. The receptionists Leah & Amanda go ABOVE & beyond for patients. Dr. Patel is an amazing psychiatrist, he ensures that you feel acknowledged. BUT, Dr. Patel is EXTREMELY LUCKY to have such an amazing receptionist. Ms. Leah was an angel sent directly from the good lord himself. You can tell she truly cares about her patients. If you’re reading this Dr. Patel, Leah & Amanda truly deserves a raise. I pray that you reward her for how much of a positive impact she contributes to your practice.

Alana Tiller I saw Dr. Patel for probably around 10 years and loved him. He was always very sweet...and understanding if my child had to come with me. After some staff changes I was treated pretty poorly--not by him. My prescriptions took 3 trips to fix and my job nearly fired me for having to make the trips, among fixing other issues. When I left an upset voice-mail his wife ended up getting on the phone and basically told me not to return. I cant even get past them to let him know what happened.

Kara Bradley I wasted four days attempting to make an appointment with Dr. Patels office before finding out he was not accepting new patients. First, as a Blue Cross/Blue Shield provider, Dr. Patel is listed on the BCBS website as accepting new patients. Several calls were made to his office Monday morning before finally getting through to voicemail, which indicated a 48-72 delay to return phone calls. I left a message but never got a call back. After waiting 72 hours I called back Thursday morning only to be informed they were not accepting new patients. It is very inconsiderate to not include this information on voicemail when informing callers to expect a 2-3 day delay in a callback. They should also notify any affiliated insurance providers they are not accepting new patients, especially since this office is unable to return phone calls from patients needing care in a timely manner.

Alyssa Bryden Just had surgery on 03/07/2024 and let me just say how amazing the experience was. The two girls working with me in Pre-op were so sweet and caring! Definitely made the scary surgery I was having an easy breeze. The recovery nurses (though I don’t remember that much) were also amazing and caring (from what I do remember from them and what my spouse told me). Medsurg nurses were amazing too! One of the cleanest hospitals I have ever been to. The staff was amazing all across departments. The hospital food was amazing (considering it was hospital I give it a 8.5/10) never in my life have I ever been treated with this much respect at a hospital. I 100% recommend this hospital if you are having a surgery.

Paul Barker On 11/2/24 a medical emergency caused me to be taken to Doctors Memorial Hospital (DMH) in Bonifay to be stabilized before being transferred to a larger hospital. The ER PA and staff took great care of me, properly diagnosed the cause of the emergency, and got me on my way to recovery. Jimmy and the nurses, the CT technician, and everyone else involved: THANK YOU for your outstanding care.

Mrs JoAnn Baker I just wanted to brag on Christina at the front desk, the nurses Charlie, Amy, and Alisa, Bobby in radiology, and James Sellers DNP- hands down the best care and service we have ever seen! They took a scary situation and made it a walk in the park for our daughter Isabelle! Best hospital out there yall! Hands down! 5 stars!

Ronald Jamison Went to the ED after my Achilles tendon popped. James Sellers, PA, was very thorough, quick to diagnosis and effectively recommended my best next steps. All the ED and radiology staff were friendly, caring and compassionate. I could not have asked for better treatment and would highly recommend DMH.

Stephen Goodson The ER doc at the time Mcready is a joke to the medical community. This man is lazy and he’s extremely rude and this is the only medical facility I’ve seen where the doc is escorted by two “police officers” which means they are really cautious or he’s that rude to the point of conflict with patients or patients families all the other personnel were exceptional.

Tom Britton Today 3/10/25. Was an amazing day for me. I had oral surgery that has been many years in the making after this experience I truly believe these people were put in front of me by God himself. The entire staff is made up of a group that is second to none. Very professional, very compassionate and a pleasure to be in their hands. I had 9 teeth left in my mouth that were affecting my health and needed to be removed. Needless to say I raised 3 children and their dental needs were much more important than mine so when I had problems I would just go get and extraction and get back to work. Well the kids are all grown now and Im finally able to make the journey to a better smile. So to make a long story short, Dr Claussen and his staff are the best Ive ever encountered and Ive been thru the ringer with this never being able to get the job done unfortunately. Im writing this post surgery. After the novacaine has worn off and the anesthesia Im completely coherent. I have no swelling, no pain and i feel better than I have in years! Thank you Dr.Claussen! To me, you and your staff are truly a gift from God. ❤️

Stephanie Vannoy My 8 year old had her first surgery and was super nervous. Every single person we came in contact with from Check-In to the surgeon to post-op recovery was amazing with her. I especially liked that they didnt speak to her as if her fear was just being dramatic. They took it seriously and talked her through the process. The nurses were also very attentive to our needs in Post-Op. All I did on 2 occasions was stand up or move around and a nurse would be there to check on her within minutes.

Shane Stultz Select hospital in Panama city is truly a great place to have a loved one the staff from ceo to housekeeping go above and beyond for their patients. My mother has been in this facility for 20 days and has had the best of care from the nursing staff. Not only has my mother had great health care here the whole team has helped her emotionally, as she celebrated her 70th birthday in the hospital the whole staff signed her card and the ceo delivered her a teddy bear and a balloon him self. In my opinion top notch facility.

Heather Jeter Today was my first visit. I had came in yesterday hoping to be a walk-in however I came during their lunch break. The lady at the desk was very kind and set me up with an appointment for today, because I had to go back to work. When I came in for my appointment today, I had a very short wait, the staff was very friendly and so was Carlos Fernandez. Everyone was kind and respectful and I felt I was taken very good care of. My primary provider has recently passed away and so I was looking for a new doctor. I have switched to Pronto Care and I am looking forward to a good experience based off of how well everything went today. As a side note, the lobby is absolutely beautiful and has such wonderful woodwork in it and was all decorated for Christmas. The office is very clean and the staff was super friendly. I really felt like the staff was very caring.

Amanda Gould I went into the office today very sick. I provided my insurance card and knew my copay. Front desk calls me up and tells me they won’t take my insurance and that I need to pay self pay. I ask why and they tell me some crazy business about having more than one insurance. Ummm no I have one. They first told me that they would bill it and then the credit would go on my account. I have been seen here for over 2 years and this was the worst I have ever been treated by staff. I sat waiting after agreeing to self pay for 2 hours. A lady walks in with a little complaint and they took her right back. I can barely breathe, and many other complaints. I finally got up asked for my money back and walked out. I made sure to file a complaint with the insurance company as well. This is not how you treat people. They didn’t care one bit. They aren’t the sick ones. Let this happen to them or one of their family members

Frances Hollinger My family has been going here for a few years now. I love Dr Tempo and I love Dr Rezk. However, the past couple of visits have been horrendous. With an appointment I still end up waiting for an hr to be seen. I have been very worried about my daughter who has severe allergies and needed antibiotics. Instead of providing guidance and support in finding an antibiotic that will work for her, I felt belittled and spoken down to. The nurse I have been speaking to was not helpful and honestly just plain rude. She made me feel like a bother for having a child with allergies. It was the final straw and we will be switching to another provider. If you have a child with any type of special need or will require urgent appointments/care…I do not recommend this place. If you have a fairly healthy child who typically only needs well checks…dr rezk or dr tempo are the two that I trust if you are able to get in with them.

Ashley White We have been going to Rainbow Pediatrics since 2023, and unfortunately, its been a series of disappointments. They will waste your time to the moon and back. Their outdated processes and lack of organization have been a consistent source of frustration. From the start, its been surprising how little they seem to keep up with the times. For instance, there is no online portal, so any time you need paperwork, you have to physically go to their office to pick it up. If they forget to give you a paper, it’s on you to take time out of your day to make another trip. Getting test results is another hassle—theres no courtesy call. You have to schedule an appointment just to hear the results, which delays any necessary treatment if you arent already aware theres an issue. And telehealth? Not an option here. They make you come in, even for simple matters that could easily be handled over a video call. Their prescription process is equally frustrating. The last time I needed a prescription, I was handed a handwritten note. I couldnt believe it; its 2024, and everything should be electronic! This lack of modern technology and efficiency is baffling. Trying to get an authorization for referred care is like pulling teeth. You end up having to micromanage their staff to ensure anything gets done. There have been more than a handful of occasions where they make you, the patient, work harder than they do. Instead of working smarter, they leave you to pick up the slack. Overall Rainbow Pediatrics desperately needs to get their office staff organized and implement more modern processes. With some basic improvements, they could truly provide great care. But as it stands, youll likely spend more time navigating their outdated processes than getting actual medical help.

Marie Davis My son’s have been going to Rainbow Clinic since 2016 we more like family. The greet we get with the beautiful smiles and Good care I dont think it can get any better then this. Dr.Rezek went beyond his job when my son was hospitalized for 3 days. He dropped everything that night and Took care of Kameron The wait time not long its clean in his clinic plus the kids get to watch Tv or play with toys.. Plus the scheduling is so easy to make omg Moms they work around your schedule and do walk-ins..

Cheyanne Kauffman Was a great visit. Got my father in law rite in. The nurses were very professional and sweet. And his dr was so great. Very friendly made us feel welcome n very comfortable. And did everything to get to the bottom of my dads problem, then called the next day to set up his appointment with his surgeon.

Lindsey Holt The doctor was great. Other than I came with pain at a ten and they didn’t give me any medicine. Didn’t ask for narcotics at all. Nurse, left room and never offered a pillow, blanket, or call light. I laid on that hard stretcher for hours, just like that. I’d suggest to staff to be more compassionate to their patients. I would also suggest it be mandatory that all patients who come in with a cough wear a mask. So gross to sit there with a bunch of coughing sick people who don’t cover their mouths.

Sonja Presley I was checked promptly by the front desk clerk; the Triage Nurse saw me within minutes then I was taken back to a room. The ER Doctor introduced himself, listened to my concerns then ordered the appropriate tests. The CT Scan Tech came and got me quickly; then Radiologist report was ready within 1/2 hour. ER Doctor then explained what I had and gave me a Treatment Plan.

Sydney Lee Just had a really great experience here. I came in the middle of the night and was seen quickly. The medical staff were attentive and kind and did their best to make me comfortable while waiting for results/treatment. I can’t say enough how much I appreciate our healthcare workers, especially those who work to keep us healthy and safe 24/7.

Carlos Parra Barrueta On my part, the clinic was terrible. It took 4 hours for someone to attend to me. When I managed to get in, no one would attend to me. Suddenly, the ambulance driver appeared, telling me I could leave if I wanted. I had already stopped to leave once before and the guy at the reception told me to wait and this man appeared. I was speechless. Whoever gives orders, the nurses. I have no complaints, but I never saw the supposed doctor. I dont understand how he can give a diagnosis without examining a patient. I was crazy, but I dont recommend him to anyone. The doctor works wonderfully without seeing the patients. How nice.

Sarah Emery I cannot express enough gratitude for Nurse Shannon, who took care of my two-year-old in the ER. From the moment we arrived, her warmth and professionalism immediately put both of us at ease. She was so gentle and patient with my little one, making sure to explain everything in a way that was calming and understandable, even when my child was scared and upset. Nurse Shannon’s compassion shone through in every interaction, whether she was explaining the process of the exam or simply offering a reassuring smile. She made an otherwise stressful experience feel much more manageable and showed incredible skill in handling my child’s needs with both expertise and empathy. I truly felt that my child was in the best hands, and I am so thankful for her care. She is an outstanding nurse, who was dedication to providing exceptional care in such a compassionate way. Thank you, Nurse Shannon, for making a challenging day so much easier for us!

Alyssa Sato I brought my daughter here when she was running a high fever that we couldn’t break. Our sweet nurse Shannon took amazing care of us and she was so kind and patient with my daughter through testing. I really enjoy going to this ER on the beach because we are typically seen pretty fast and we usually go at night. Shannon has been our nurse a couple different times throughout our trips to this ER, and I remember her name because she is always the biggest help. The docs are also amazing, attentive, and understanding.

Joe Zednick This is without a doubt the best emergency room Ive ever experienced. (and unfortunately Ive been in several) The entire staff was helpful and very friendly, I could tell I was in good hands. It was a scary time for me arriving in an ambulance and not knowing why I passed out at home. They quickly had me in a room and were running all kinds of tests. Diane Cook Worst Hospital I think I’ve ever been to. I walk in at approximately 1:15 in the afternoon then sign in and then you wait for someone to come and take your blood and stool samples and then they leave blood pressure cuff on you and tell you to go back in the waiting room. I got called back finally at 10 something PM while the Hospital waiting room wasn’t that busy. the thing I think I was mostly upset about is because new people would come in and leave. it seemed like as old people there were there forever. well, they never did put an IV in me when I seen anybody come out of the blood room. They had IV hooked up already so when they finally did call me back, they wanted to give me some IV fluoride didn’t have no IV so they never tried anybody else to get me an IV. I did give him a bowel stool to get tested when I first got there and by the time they called me back, they couldn’t find my stool. They actually lost my shit so I lost my shit. Went home with nothing done lost over 13 pounds in last five days with having diarrhea every hour and sometime more. With having many accidents. I had went to urgent the day before at least they did more for me I got iv fluids. Now today I’m still sick but will stay home because my body couldn’t go through that another day. I have no results on my stool test. Tell say they would call to tell me results, but I don’t have any faith that they don’t lose it again. I understand trauma needs to be seen first . Then it should be who comes in first. I think you were just wanting me to get mad enough to leave. One person went to her car to lay down and rest told them and she asked them to text her when they wanted her. . Well guess what that didn’t happen rather. They came out and called her but they didn’t text her so when she came back in she was so upset she had to wait longer. She had been crying and upset with pain most of 5-6 hrs I seen her. You really need to set up your hospital differently. The people you have working are great people and they deserve better because they are getting the brunt of all the unsatisfied people. When I start to feel better I will write and tell you how bad I really think you are

Robert Carroll We greatly appreciate the care my elderly mother-in-law received when visiting recently. Heidi Barr was extremely knowledgeable regarding her geriatric needs and was very thorough in her care. The nurse was caring and treated her with dignity and the staff was so helpful in getting her inside and making her feel comfortable. We were there at the end of the day when we knew they were ready to go home but they went above and beyond for us, we got the answers we needed, and we are very grateful. We highly recommend Seawind, as always.

Joanne Cox My regular physician recommended the Seawind Medical Clinic when I have an emergency or when I need help on a holiday. That is the way I have used the Clinic at least three or four times. I have never been disappointed with the consideration of the entire staff, and with the doctors diagnosis and follow-up of my problem. The wait time was minimal. I would recommend them to anyone at any time.

Brittany Bentz I went to Seawind Medical Clinic while on vacation and I could not be happier with my choice. I called ahead to make sure they took my insurance and walked in without an appointment some time later. I was seen right after I finished my paperwork, so I did not have to wait a significant amount of time. Dr. Jacobson and Olga Arnold were exceptionally kind and took great care of me. I would absolutely recommend Seawind Medical Clinic to anyone in PCB.

Pam Roberson As a local, I called Seawind Medical Clinic for a routine doctors visit. Natasha was very friendly and helpful on the phone and at the front desk. The paperwork was standard for a new doctors visit, and the wait, especially for a walk-in visit, was minimal. The nurse was extremely friendly and empathetic. PA-C Tammy Howerton was friendly, professional, and efficient. I definitely plan on using Seawind as my primary care provider, and would recommend it to others as well.

Stan Peacock My family doctor was not available recently when I had a head cold and congestion and the family doctors office staff suggested Seawind Medical Clinic. I went to the Seawind Office and they took my information and got me in to see the doctor right away. I received the medical help I needed without delay. The Seawind staff were pleasant, positive in attitude, and professional in manner and services delivered. I am thankful for their services.

Sarah Kotranza Dr. Josten "cared" for my grandmother. She had dementia and various heart issues. After getting shingles and being in severe nerve pain he refused to prescribe her any pain medications, refused to recommend her for hospice (which she needed), and then suggested an esophageal dilation procedure to "help her gain weight". There was no swallow test done and no diagnostic reasons for that procedure. We switched physicians and he prescribed her lidocaine patches (which helped with her pain), a steroid (which helped her gain weight), and once my grandfather realized she was not improving (and had gotten over the false optimism provided by Dr. Josten) helped get her enrolled in hospice care. She died peacefully in hospice care for which I am forever grateful.

MIke Price Dr. Josten is the best. He takes the time needed for his patients and he truly cares.

SuzMonkey Ive been seeing Dr. Josten since the late 80s when he first opened his practice. Twice during this time my insurance through my employer changed and yet I stayed with Dr. Josten because he is by far the best family practitioner in this county. Ive never waited long to be seen, and he spends ample time with me discussing my issues and plan of treatment. More, he is persistent in his pursuit of information from other doctors hes referred me to, and coordinates care with them on my behalf. Another reviewer complained of outdated decor and rude office staff. I dont care about the decor; it doesnt matter as long as his primary focus is his patients. As for his office staff, they are the best and have always treated me with dignity and friendly professionalism. I will continue seeing Dr. Josten foras long as he is in practice. His integrity and morals are impeccable and he truly cares about his patients.

michael mccormick As a physician myself, I believe that my impressions and rating might just carry some weight. I only need to say that despite the insane medical world we now live in, Dr Josten represents absolutely the highest standards a physician should display. Incredibly intelligent, knowledgeable and kind I personally could not think of a physician anywhere, that I would select over Dr Josten. Would recommend him in the highest of terms, and without reservation!

Elizabeth Watson Dr. Josten is a very pleasant, compassionate, and kind person. If it were not for his physical office and office staff, I would certainly recommend him. The office building is incredibly out of date, wall paper is coming off the walls, the bathrooms are unpleasant and rusted, medical supplies are past their due dates, and there is dust everywhere. We showed up early for our appointment and still waited over 1.25 hours beyond the appointment time to see the doctor. The office staff is impatient and unpleasant.

Malcolm Jester I was there on March 12, all the staff were absolutely amazing! From the triage nurses to my personal nurse and the doctors, as well as all the staff that did my scans after my motorcycle accident. All of the people working in this facility care so much for the people coming in! This was the best experience I’ve ever had in any ER, And although I do, hope it is my last Visit, if I ever have to go to an emergency room again, I will come back to Bay. No questions asked!

Sherry Douglas The staff was very helpful and efficient checking me in. I had to wait about 30 minutes for an examination room. After getting settled in a room Jessica, my nurse, did everything to ensure my comfort as I waited for tests to be conducted and then wait for the results. The doctor listened as I answered his questions so he could determine the tests I needed. Overall my experience was good and I am completely satisfied that I received the best medical care and treatment.

Jenna Crowder JAN 2025, I went to Gulf Coast hospital ER with chest pain and super high blood pressure, was in waiting room for 3 1/2 hours before they even called me back, and was in the ER room for another 2 1/2 hours with no treatment, no doctor even saw me.. I was begging them to get my blood pressure down to no avail. I ended up walking out after waiting 6 HOURS for nothing ZERO TREATMENT...and went to Ascension Sacred Heart, where I was seen and treated immediately. inside of 15 min, I had an ekg (which indicated that I have an enlared left ateium), I was given medication to lower my BP right away, chest xray, & CT scan. I was given a new medication to keep my BP down until my cardiologist appointment which was in 10 days. Sacred Heart didnt have a cardiologist on site, just a nurse practitioner, she did not give me enough meds to keep my BP low to last the full 10 days to my appointment, which is concerning, since it doesnt seem to be working well. They gave me only 7 pills. I did call the hospital to ask if they could give me a few more, but the lady who they patched me through to said she didnt know anything about it. So my BP is still high, I have an enlarged left atrium apparently, Im a mother of 3 young kids, and Im praying that I dont have a stroke before my cardiologist appointment which in on Feb 4th, 2025. But I was seen and treated in the ER right away, so theres that. Compared to Gulf Coast, the ER is way better, but the after care isnt effective.

All the staff did their best to quickly assess and ensure I was stable, nothing critical was occurring, and ensure my pain was managed. Dr Jones was proficient, thorough, attentive and knowledgeable. Thank you housekeeping for keeping my room sanitized during my stay. Thank you to my nurses for helping me to feel comfortable and allow me to make sure that I can do what I need to once I get home. Thank you to my surgeon for taking up on me as often as you did and to make sure that I was going to be good to go once I got home. I know I work here I have seen some amazing team work. Trudi Stout It was a quick & easy procedure from my side, The pain was gone as soon as I woke up from surgery! After having knee pain for a decade I felt great. The room was pleasant and the staff even more so. The nurses and doctors were so accommodating and PT was there almost immediately. You all made the fear of having a knee replacement evaporate! Greg L Hoekstra ER and staff were great. Nurses very attentive and competent. Doctor did a great job. We waited for 2-3 hours after a procedure until we finally got to go home at 3 am. Our nurse did a great job and was run ragged because the hospital beds were full and she had to take care of patients in the ER who should have been on the floor. The manager evidently did not feel it was necessary to call in help for the poor girl taking care of me. I guess HCA was trying to save some money. I will not be back.

Annie Martin We had our baby boy at gulf coast and had a wonderful experience. The nurses were very attentive and kind. The physicians were absolutely wonderful. Our mother/baby experience was also great! We were well pleased. Our mother baby nurse - Jen - was especially attentive and kind. Andrea Gainey My son had surgery at this hospital yesterday, and from start to finish, the care he received was exceptional. From the first nursing tech (whose name I unfortunately didn’t get) to his dedicated nurses, Brittany Blue and Andrea, nurse anesthetist Carol Truluck, and surgeon Dr. Richard Wilson, every member of the team provided outstanding care. Their compassion, attentiveness, and comforting presence made all the difference. It was clear they truly love what they do, and the level of care we experienced was both rare and deeply appreciated.

Dee Cassidy Dr Patel, and Drs Welsh and their staff are wonderful. They have never refused to see my husband and me. They take care of all records of us so they know what is going on with our health at all times. We are in our seventies and need a doctor that we can rely on. They have a nurse named Missy that we are especially fond of. She knows her job!! We give them A+++ !! I would recommend them to everyone we know. We don’t live in Bay County anymore but we still travel to Panama City when we need to see a doctor.

Connie Gibbs Dr. Jigish Patel is the best primary care Dr. in Bay County. He is a very knowledgeable and caring physician. My husband, being retired military, has had several medical issues. Dr. Patel has been on top of all of them and keeps a close check on him and his checkups with his specialist.

I moved out of the area and was continuing to suffer went to a specialist and was told I was perimenopausal. To my surprise I moved back to this area and saw he was still practicing! Unbelievable and after reading some reviews I see he hasn’t changed!

Valeria Perez Doesn’t give right medications. Nice doctor and staff but focus on other things and wastes time. Very expensive and has to pay in cash. Have to wait 2 hours to attend you even after the appointment time. Talks on the phone during the session. Doesn’t listen to you and the session lasts like 5 min even after waiting two hours and him interrupting you to talk about other things or talk on the phone during session. Please don’t waste your time. It’s absurd to pay $100 if you don’t come. Doesn’t accept literally any type of insurance!! He is hungry just for MONEY. I told him the medications were not helping me and he didn’t listen to me. He just made the session about him.

Karen This lengthy review is long overdue but details matter so people can make an informed decision. I really tried to give this business the benefit of the doubt and Ive been extremely patient but thats over with now. This is by far the most unprofessional, unresponsive and questionable practice Ive ever dealt with. Ill preface by saying this office requires a $100 deposit in case youre a no-show or cancel within 48 hrs of a scheduled appointment. I saw Ahmed Mohamed for 3 months and stopped seeing him in October of last year due to him constantly over talking me and sharing his political, religious and cultural views that are demeaning to females. He would also say inappropriate things about womens bodies. As if all the above isnt bad enough, its been 10 months and I have yet to receive my $100 deposit back. This occurs a lot with this practice according to reviews. Additionally, he has yet to submit claims for 4 of my office visits from last year (10 mos. now) dating from July through Oct. and owes me money for overcharging me when all of my out-of-pocket max was already met for the year (meaning I pay nothing). Ahmed owes me $296 and I was told 7 months ago that my refund check would be ready in 2 weeks, come to find out, they had me in their system as a widow (Im not), had my ssn incorrect, as well as my insurance group # wrong for my insurance policy, so my claims would need to be resubmitted properly and then Id get a refund check from him. Ive now visited the office on 8 occasions and Ive called 10 times within 10 mos. to resolve things to no avail. The claims have not been resubmitted by him. My insurance advocate has called Ahmed Mohammed 8 times now and has successfully reached someone only 3 times. She has yet to receive a callback which is another issue his office has, answering phones and returning calls. He cant seem to keep office staff either. Hes had 4 different staff within the past 10 months now. Ahmed Mohammed is failing to effectively manage his practice in addition to unprofessional and unethical things taking place simultaneously. My insurance company called him again in February and finally got to speak with Ahmed Mohammeds wife who comes in every Friday and submits insurance claims for him. My insurance advocate explained to her that since she keeps failing to electronically submit my claims, to just mail in the claims. This was on Feb. 9th but the claims have yet to be mailed and its 3 months later. My insurance company has now escalated this issue. Ahmed Mohammed is currently under penalty due to not submitting insurance claims in a timely manner, so my insurance company is fining his practice. Also, when he does decide to submit the long overdue claims, they will be denied due to him not filing them in a timely manner and he will forfeit payment by the insurance company for submitting them out of the window of allotted time. So he will lose a lot of money due to his and his wifes negligence. Ive just filed a small claims court lawsuit, contacted the BBB (which hes been reported several times if you look him up) and Ive filed an official complaint with an additional consumer agency as well. Next, Ill be reporting him to the State Medical Board. I hope this review will prevent many others from being taken advantage of, especially disabled veterans, like myself. IF I RECEIVE MY REFUND CHECK BEFORE COURT, ILL DELETE THIS REVIEW.

Hollywood I just want to start by saying GREAT place. I recently completed a transformative six-week IOP therapy program at Emerald Coast Behavioral Hospital with a wonderful therapist by the name of Zachary Kuster. Zachary Kuster is by far the best therapist I’ve ever had in my entire life and thats coming from someone who attended therapy since the age of 11, and who is now a mother of a high school senior. This guy definitely knows what he’s doing. I actually looked forward to therapy weekly as each session gave me the tools to manage my mental health in a practical and meaningful way. If you’re looking for some cookie cutter then Zach may not be for you. Along with this, the psychiatrist Claire Tiglao was absolutely amazing. She was engaging, honest, and very encouraging. Also, the front desk was attentative and always responded in a timely manner and was always pleasant.

Some of these "mental" health facilities should look at Emerald Coast and maybe theyd learn about how to treat people. Denise G. Is GREAT . Im still a work in progress but if it had not been for Denise I wouldnt be here to this day. She was professional and understanding. But the main thing was she was friendly. That goes a long way for me because people have lost that trait but not Denise. Denise would answer any questions, and believe me she knows her trade. Patient staff and activities are good , for is par not great not bad. Outside of admin staff no problems but admin staff need to be replaced. - Get it writing and understand what is allowed. Jim Knutson The doctors and most nurses are nice. Unfortunately, when you call you will never get anyone on the phone. They don’t do walk ins which is fine but when you make an appointment plan on waiting a good bit past to be seen. They sent my child’s prescription to the wrong pharmacy and it took me going back to the office to find out where they sent it 24 hrs later.

Makayla Meredith I took my son there and they told me he had hand foot and mouth to just wait it out and he’ll be fine to just give him Tylenol and Motrin. 24 hours later his face was completely covered in scabs and his ear was stuck to his head from the gunk coming out. I took him to the emergency room and they said it was impetigo. A horrible case of it, they told me to call his doctor and they didn’t even answer. All emerald coast did was look at it and guessed. I will never take my son back there again. The nurse had to leave half way through and made a helper come in and finish. DONT TAKE PATIENTS IN IF YOU DONT HAVE THE TIME FOR THEM. My son will never go back there even if they were the last pediatricians on earth.✌️

Natasha Stamati I only have amazing things to say about this practice. I came in for a consult, and after being seen and examined they went over all possible treatment plans. They were very transparent about the whole process. I had some questions and Dr. Caspary answered them all, so I felt very confident in scheduling surgery with him. Dr. Caspary was very attentive during all follow up appointments, and generally made me very comfortable and confident in my choice. The office staff is also amazing! Check in was always smooth, and they always showed care and professionalism. They really make you feel like family!

Michael Lasley I went to this office yesterday for the first time, I called and made an appointment just the day before and they were able to see me the next day. The office was very nice and the lady at the front desk was very helpful I saw Kristen Brown who was super nice and listened very carefully and was able to treat me very fast although my condition was minor (heavy wax build up) she was able to clear the wax very quickly she also checked my throat and nose and prescribed medication for my mouth problems. Over all experience was great.

The Wave Called and explained I dont have enough money or insurance at the moment. I am completely deaf and in pain in my left ear . Gulf coast referred me to this place but also told me they wouldnt do anything without money or insurance. They were right. Cant believe what this world is coming to especially Im America. I just need some help and I cant get it anywhere. Your facility should be ashamed to turn down people that jus need help sometimes you literally get paid by the government. Don Jackson Dr Aboulela and his staff hands down are the best in Bay County. Ive been using him for years and have never had to wait in his lobby for more than 5 minutes after my appointment time. And once seen by a nurse who takes all the time necessary to triage you, he than comes in and is kind, compassionate, thorough and informative with a great bedside manner. He immediately e-scripts any RX to the pharmacy of your choice and does not wait until the end of the day to do this. And lastly if you need him for any reason between actual visits, he will quickly schedule a telehealth visit for you. Words cant describe how great he and his practice is.

Nancy Sastre WORST OFFICE IN PANAMA CITY My husband had a MRI and MRA of his brain, ordered my Aboulela. Got a call from his office that he needed to come in to go over the results, "could he come in this afternoon?" 4 times that day someone called for him to come in. Needless to say we were very worried as we dropped everything to run to his office. They collected his co-pay before we could see the doctor. Aboulela didnt know why we were there. Didnt remember he ordered the MRIs and then had a trainee read the results, out loud. Nothing wrong, just wanted to get payment. Very unprofessional office. Highly recommend you go somewhere, anywhere else.

Rachel Cromwell Worst office ever. Called in a week ago for a prescription refill and they said they were taking care of it. I called yesterday twice and they said again they were taking care of it. Called today and again they are taking care of it and then when I called a second time, oh we can’t fill your medicine because you aren’t taking it. A medicine I cannot stop abruptly, but they forced me to. So now I have to find another doctor that will listen to my needs and get me back on track. Denise is the one they tried having me talk to and she just kept saying we can’t refill your medicine. Do yourself a favor if you care about your health and want to be listened to go somewhere else. They run this office like a herd of cattle, push you through just to get their money and they don’t spend any time listening to their patients.

Jason Heise They straight up abandoned over 100 veterans by canceling a program that really benefitted people. Didnt even tell us. We were sitting on zoom every week for a month and they didnt even tell us it was canceled! Finally someone heard through the grapevine that this happened! They didnt even tell over 100 vets themselves! This clinic is absolutely worthless! There is no excuse what they have done. Hope they are freaking proud of themelves! Why did you erase your old reviews? Trying to "start again"? F all that! You cant harm over 100 veterans, not tell them and be like "lets just a new review page". This clinic straight up needs to be closed and I have alot of support on that. It is absolutely ridiculous!

Brad Doucette For a small VA clinic they do a very good job at what you need. The reception area answers all your questions. One person helped two people with ear aids while I was waiting. Walk-ins are welcome but try to get an appointment.

Steve Kim was very helpful helping me fill in the check in process. Angel to come out of her office to assist me. As I proceeded through the checking and preparing for my surgery everyone was knowledgeable and efficient. Always pleasant. Able to answer my questions. Kept my waiting family informed. I would give a rating 10 of 1 to 10. Would be happy to recommend Sacred Heart.

MaryJane Quesnel I went to ER because I needed assistance with shortness of breath and hypoxia. Showed up with a low sat, pulse ox for documentation. Assisted with care within minutes. Had a procedure done here last year, knew I was in the system. ER staff was excellent. Testing departments were respectful and supportive. Visited several. Large quiet room on 5N. As a retired RN appreciated the respect of nursing staff, med techs, lab techs. Loved the Hospitalist, took time and care addressing current, prior, and concerns for future. Still a ways to go to my perfect, thanks for the opportunity to share my bad day to a better day. Chef salad was delicious, my favorite meal.

Karen Tufte Excellent care! All staff members were friendly, compassionate and dedicated to their patients. My surgeon was totally awesome! Felt very comfortable with her. Not being from Florida, she made me feel very safe.

Nancy Hall I had what was expected to be routine out patient surgery with some small complications which landed me in the ICU for 2 nights. All of my nurses were phenomenal. Jackson & Peyton took exceptional care of me. They gentle, friendly, knowledgeable and caring. AddiLynn and Sandy were with me only a few hours before discharge but also excellent .

Nate Aholt I felt that there was a huge lack of communication between the surgical staff, nurse practitioner, doctors and nurses. One person would tell me one thing and the next person would tell me another. When requesting a nurses assistance, there were times I waited over an hour for a response. Once, I made my way out of bed to walk to the nurses station on my own only to find my nurse “video chatting” with her dog on her phone. It was definitely not the service/care I had expected from a “trauma unit” hospital.

Karen Knox They are completely incompetent and inept. They do NOT take medical history into consideration when prescribing meds and treatment. They will cause permanent damage and/or death. When you confront them or call them out for their negligence, they meet you with gaslighting. I cannot stress this enough. Get out of bay county if you actually want to survive. For sure do NOT trust them if you have chronic illness and are on an emergency.

Ginnie Davis Well I didnt have a very good experience. The nurse gave me a medication I told them I couldnt take, this was like say Tuesday. Well they have me this medication on Wednesday. I had a bad reaction. They did nothing, I begged these people for help. I left. Against medical advice, if someone says they cannot take something, dont give it to them.

John Hack If you have the misfortune of finding yourself in this hospital, you have my deepest sympathies, dont bother pushing the call buttons in your room, chances are no one will answer, and if and when you do get someone to answer all you will get is excuses about how overworked they are, when you can hear from them laughing down the hall, my advice is get out out of this place as soon as possible and refuse to pay the bill!

Midsummer M Dr Reynaldo Delarosa is the worst ever. He and his wife caused me to get depression and anxiety from a year ago. All I ever wanted was just a normal life. But they never respected me.

Greta Lanier I had to have my blood drawn and I hate it with a passion. It is always a painful and stressful experience. However, the lab at PanCare was actually a soothing and pleasant experience. Sam, who drew my blood was so kind and comforting. I hardly felt a thing and it was over before I knew it. Scott Parker II Started using this pharmacy due to their hours of operation, but their customer service has turned to trash. As this business has been getting busier, they really started cutting their service to their customers and how they treat them. You call to advise them and just politely ask for a timeframe so you can leave to go out of town for work You’re on a limited schedule and they refuse to give you any type of timeframe. My personal opinion, I will not do business with pharmacies. They can’t communicate with their customers. Recommend finding another pharmacy

Jessica Carnell My children recently lost our health insurance and one of them was about to run out of their medication and they worked so hard to get him and get him seen and get his prescriptions refilled it was amazing. Also I learned that their partnered with the schools and your children can receive medical care at school so they dont have to miss school to go to a doctors appointment it could be performed right then and there and they miss less time in class.

I walk in see the sign “we will be back at one from lunch” wait 15-20 min they come back right at one then when i get to the counter they say i need an appointment makes no sense seeing as in the is a walk in clinic and the people that were waiting there as well said they got turned down at 8am and had to come back at 1 pm mention they all look sick including me idc if your a walk in clinic or not you don’t turn someone away when clearly that need some help i had to drive myself there now stuck going to an er probably waiting over an hour

Joe Gast If you are looking for a Dr. Office that takes forever to be seen, make an appointment, or refuses to join the 2000s, boy have you reached the right place. I have been a patient here for almost 5 years and today was the last straw. Save the frustration and find somebody else. The ARNPs and PAs are good but they wont stick around long. They never do.

Denize Kearns Dr. Flynn is an Excellent Doctor. He follows his patients closely. He takes time to not only listen to his patients, but HEARS them. Trust is the biggest thing I want in a Doctor. Trust for me is earned and I do not give it out lightly. Dr. Flynns commitment, knowledge, and concern for his patients is extraordinary. I trust Dr. Flynn with my healthcare because he has earned my trust, which many doctors have failed to do for me. I understand that many people have felt a need to review Dr. Flynn based on his political views which he publicly shared, but that is not a review of him as a doctor.

Julie Eadie Dr. Flynn is a wonderful physician. He takes time to listen to his patients. He really gets to know his patients and doesnt rush in and out of the room like many "doctors." I always have a wonderful experience in this office. The staff is friendly and I cant say enough good things. I wonder if the Google reviewers that rate low because of his political leanings will enjoy having socialized medicine. Have fun guys.

Clark Dr. Klin is an amazing and caring doctor, yes his wait times in the waiting area are long, but he is thorough, caring, knowledgeable and compassionate. Yes, his office runs behind with appointments, but how is that his fault? He does not schedule his appointments, he also only has afternoon appointments as he is in surgery every morning and is the on call surgeon/Dr for the main hospital - give the a guy a break! I have been there almost 7pm a t night but do you think the doctor himself would want to be there himself after being there in surgery from early in the morning.

Tammy Shaw Dr. Klin found my cancer, Early. He did a wonderful job with God‘s help. I have been going to Dr. Klin for years and will continue to go to him. He is the most knowledgeable doctor I have ever met. He even came up to the emergency room to check on me when I had been there all day long. I just couldn’t ask for a better doctor.

Me No one should go here. Klin runs his office slow intentionally. You wait forever. I however never even got to see him. I left in disgust. Three hours in the waiting room. Its purposeful, he does it intentionally. I really needed to see him too. It speaks volumes about his integrity and how he feels about his patients. Everyone in the waiting room had stories about being there for hours. Its a shame.

Ali Galbreath Great place, I want to say Sharesa at Dr. Kkins office inside this plaza is an absolout doll. She does her job and she does it to the best of her ability. I want to thank her from the very bottom of my heart for bringing me my medicine and the team also here at Dr Klines not only goes above an beyond for me. I highly recommend anyone. Love you guys

Elizabeth Ludwig This doctor will see you in person unlike the doctors at the digestive diseases center. Everything else is much alike. Unfortunately, my exam and the follow up is one month apart due to his vacation. Update: A+. The doctor solved my long standing issues easily

DALLAS TRIPS BAND If you look around at different places, you will see his review is generally around three stars. He earned this rating. I have been to him for surgery and needed it redone. He might’ve been good a while back but he’s not so good now save your time find someone else.

Yo Yo Dr. Tran is a very caring doctor with a great since of humor and wonderful bedside manor. He has helped me with this annoying cough I’ve had for the past 3 yrs. Very pleased. I wish he was a primary doctor so I could see him regularly for all my health care needs. Thanks for everything, I am happy I was referred to you.

Parker Hakenewert Dr. Tran? Not even sure if he exists. Haven’t seen him a single time after 3 visits. They will schedule visit after visit after visit to milk patients as much as possible. I still didn’t feel the urge to write a review until they had sent me to another location to do an audio and visual test for my very serious vertigo episodes. At this point I’ve spend $80x2 for 2 appointments for them to send me to get tests (for $300) then a follow up appointment to “review my test results” so I walk in for my “appointment” and she handed me my results from the testing center, then sends me on my way without even discussing a single detail of the results with me. I asked “do I have to pay for this visit” and was ready to pay even though I had been there for under 5 minutes and we didn’t even enter so much as a room to discuss my results. In and out in maybe 1 or 2 minutes. They said I don’t owe anything which I then replied “are you sure” to, and they said yes. I thought it made sense since it could hardly be called a visit. Weeks had gone by and they send me a bill in the mail for $80. I call to ask what it’s for and it was for the visit that they had told me I owed no money at. I tried to get ahold of an office manager and they wouldn’t let me through, I had told the person I spoke with that if they were going to make me pay that bill, I would never be returning again, BUT, told them I would pay it. They put me on hold then hung up the phone. You’re lucky if they even pick up in the first place. Then they sent another bill in the mail and it’s now $84. Then I get a letter from a collections agency for the amount. So basically they said I didn’t owe anything in person because they knew the appointment hardly even happened (after already having 2 previous full price visits with nothing being accomplished) and they back stab me with a bill in the mail. AVOID this place if possible. You will never see a doctor, only a PA. They will have you at 2 or 3 visits without even so much as a proper diagnosis, and they will milk every penny they can out of you. I was very disappointed as I had heard Dr. Tran himself was very good back in the day. I will now be reaching out to collections to pay them money without receiving a service. Place genuinely seems like a scam to me. I hope they can turn it around there and find their integrity again.

Jamie Depends on who your doctors nurse is whether this is a great place or not. I used to have it at 5 stars.
