5 /5 Hollywood: I just want to start by saying GREAT place. I recently completed a transformative six-week IOP therapy program at Emerald Coast Behavioral Hospital with a wonderful therapist by the name of Zachary Kuster. Zachary Kuster is by far the best therapist I’ve ever had in my entire life and thats coming from someone who attended therapy since the age of 11, and who is now a mother of a high school senior. This guy definitely knows what he’s doing. I actually looked forward to therapy weekly as each session gave me the tools to manage my mental health in a practical and meaningful way. If you’re looking for some cookie cutter then Zach may not be for you. Along with this, the psychiatrist Claire Tiglao was absolutely amazing. She was engaging, honest, and very encouraging. Also, the front desk was attentative and always responded in a timely manner and was always pleasant.

5 /5 galen kelly: I was at the outpatient for TMS. I just want to say they really do know how to treat people. Some of these "mental" health facilities should look at Emerald Coast and maybe theyd learn about how to treat people. Denise G. Is GREAT . Im still a work in progress but if it had not been for Denise I wouldnt be here to this day. She was professional and understanding. But the main thing was she was friendly. That goes a long way for me because people have lost that trait but not Denise. Denise would answer any questions, and believe me she knows her trade. ALL other mental facilities should get their pad and paper out and take notes because most are at a" -10". Denise, Emerald coast in patient and out are definitely a "+10". Thank you Denise

5 /5 Brooke Miller: I’ve been to plenty of therapists in the past & every-time felt like I was just a number in their textbook- no one took me serious. If you have ever considered giving up on getting the help you need and want, please go talk to them. Zach has a way of taking heavy *** **** & making it easier to carry- with lighthearted jokes, spot on analogies, and dedication to his patients. They have helped me with things I didn’t even know I needed help with (shoutout Dr. Chaney & Dr. Claire & everyone else). I’ve even made friends along the way! I cannot express how thankful I am for everything this program and the staff have done in my life 11/10 !
