They not only fixed his vehicle quickly, but the price was reasonable and they kept us informed during the process. It’s almost impossible to find a trustworthy auto mechanic but this place definitely earned our trust. Thank you!

5 /5 William Harries: Aersi has really came through for me a few times in the past year that I’ve been utilizing their service. I am a traveling musician, and drive a 2000 4Runner that has been driven all over the USA. 240k on the body and probably 290k or so on the engine. The 4Runner suffered from a cracked head/ head gasket leak that year, and Aersi patched it up solid for me, and had the truck back just in time for tour. I have driven to New York City, out to Minnesota, and back to Florida, back to NYC, and back to Florida again since then and haven’t had one hiccup aside from a loose connection on the radiator. You can’t expect your mechanic to be a miracle worker, but Aersi has come close for me this year, and I am really appreciative. Reliability isn’t always cheap, but they does good honest work, and won’t sell you anything you don’t need. Big thanks to Rachel for dealing with all my phone calls, to the diligent mechanics, and to Joe of course.

5 /5 Frank: I wouldn’t bring my Lexus anywhere else. Rachel smothers you with kindness the moment you walk through the door, and the techs are absolutely fantastic at what they do. I don’t feel like I’m getting ripped off, and the techs there have many years of experience unlike some other shops in town that hire direct from Santa Fe College and charge an hourly rate that’s warranted for a 10 year veteran.
