5 /5 Douglas Green: I had two services with Auto ER. In the first appointment, they figured out what was making an odd noise in my car and fixed it. And in the second visit, they installed new tires. Both times, it was quick, professional service and reasonable prices. I have also recommended them to a coworker.

5 /5 Dale Stone: I have brought my vehicle to auto er on several occasions to have maintenance work done, and a couple of times for repairs or a new tire. What I appreciate with auto er is the communication with what they are planning to do, and what they recommend, considering things I may not be aware of. They ask my permission before they perform anything extra. They also have a link to a website where they upload pictures and descriptions of every system of your vehicle that they check on. I feel like my vehicles and my needs are being taken care of in a prompt and professional manner. Thank you very much to Logan and his fellow office and mechanic crew for performing their duties and going further to look out for my safety.

5 /5 Althea Bosworth: We were very happy with our experience. We were towed to Auto ER after our van started smoking. They assessed the problem, repaired it quickly and charged fairly. Well be going back in the future. We felt they were honest.

5 /5 Cheri Theriot: My car broke down in the middle of the night during a road trip and I was towed to this establishment because it was the closest car repair shop to my location at the time. As soon as they opened I explained what was going on with my car and the team over at this location went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Very friendly and polite staff, clean place, with offerings of snacks and fresh coffee. They allowed me to hang around for a bit to collect my thoughts and game plan because I was a bit in a panic, but they made me feel at home and gave me fantastic advice and direction to move forward. Great experience all the way around!

5 /5 Emily Tummond: Very nice group of people working there. They were able to get me in and out in an hour, without an appointment. Very transparent about prices upfront and weren’t pushy at all. Logan was a huge help & kept me updated through the whole process. Will definitely return!
