Upon arrival, I questioned my choice, but I decided to give it a try—and it turned out to be a great decision! My nail technician, Helen, was exceptional. She took her time and did an outstanding job, meticulously removing a lot of cuticle, which is very important to me since many technicians overlook this. The nail polish application was flawless, with no gap between the cuticle and the paint. I absolutely love the result and will definitely be returning.
