5 /5 J Man: Been coming here over 10 years. Will not go anywhere else. Simply most accurate diagnosis, most reasonable repair prices, and all work done correctly the first time. I have never had to make a repair again to any work they have ever done. Quality parts at great prices. All service techs there are top notch professionals. The art of accurate mechanical diagnosis without a code checker is a lost art that is alive and well here. I most recently needed front wheel bearings, brakes and rotors. I texted Todd the owner, who didnt recognize me because I changed my phone number, he told me to contact the shop directly because he was home sick. I got busy and never called, and he had Bill call ME to follow up. Got me in the next day for the full job at the price one shop wanted to charge me JUST FOR THE BEARING REPLACEMENT! I have had several cars serviced there and every time stellar service, quality and price. Seriously the only place you ever need to go and you can absolutely trust them, very rare these days. Thank you Todd for treating y our customers the way you do. It matters.

Top quality service with clear explanation of issues done at significantly lower costs (show them an estimate too and they will beat it! Typically services are completed same day, just make sure to be early as they are more of a first come-first serve business. Amazing!

They immediately jumped on the issue, gave me clear expectations on what was needed and finished it all by days end. I knew it was going to be pricey because the brakes have gone a while without a lot of maintenance but I felt the estimate and final price was honest and fair. I had repairs done 3 years back at a different company for a window issue and was prematurely told my entire brake system was shot and they would fix the whole thing then. Im glad I didnt fall for it... Complete Auto was a huge relief from shady shops.
