5 /5 Alex Smith: Its unfortunate to see so many bad reviews. While this facility is a bit overbooked, my wife has had a great experience every time shes been. She started out as a gyn patient for years and more recently has become pregnant and is now an OB patient as well. As of week 24 weve had nothing but a positive experience in every aspect and Ive attended every appointment with her to see for myself. The ultrasound techs are very kind and patient and they explain everything. Weve never had to wait longer than 5 minutes in the waiting room for any of the appointments.
Her doctor, Dr. Deen, who we really liked is no longer providing at the office so my wife has been seeing Katie C., one of the midwives. Katie is so kind and understanding. She takes her time and listens to what my wife has to say. My wife has brought forth multiple concerns and Katie has solved each and every one of them with patience. I also appreciate the fact that more recently Katie recommended a prescription for my wife for an infection and described the pros and cons of the medicine. Katie was even able to explain to us the studies behind the medicine and why it had such pros and cons. She also presented alternative options without us even needing to ask. This impressed us a lot and showed us that she is knowledgeable and understanding.
We will continue to recommend CWH to our friends and family.
