5 /5 Britt: The wait is sometimes long depending on what time and day you come. As far as the people who are at the front window, people saying theyre rude, they do deal with a lot of people. Theres only 2 who work up front. Yes they need more. The 2 ladys who work up front are nice and helpful, theres times they have their days but again its only the 2 of them with lots of people. So I do like the staff and the place, you just have to deal with it. If you dont like it then you could go to the fairfield office which they take forever to get to you! Your choice though. I prefer palafox location though.

4 /5 Grandpa Mike: I have been in there several times over the past 25 to 30 years. Ive needed copies of my birth certificate and my childrens and Ive gone with friends. All the employees have always been nice to me. I cant think of one thing wrong with any of the employees I have dealt with.
