5 /5 Noah Taylor: I took my ‘03 Escalade into Shane, wow! I’ve had some bad experiences, just go look at my reviews. Ripped off for $1,000 by a crook in Payson, intentional sabotage to my wife’s car in Phoenix, so I’m careful. My Dad was a heavy line mechanic for over 40 years, he had a shop with every ASE certification offered. I’ve been around the business, ran parts for him growing up the minute I could drive, and I own my own business (Handyman) now in a similar line of work offering appliance repair and warranty work etc.. These guy’s were fantastic! They offered to let me order my own parts, and they would install (most shops won’t because they want to charge a mark up and don’t want a customer complaining if they buy bad parts). When they showed me their estimate, they matched the price I get through our business account at O’reillys almost exactly. This means they weren’t gouging me on markup either. Then they got me in immediately, and even diagnosed the A/C issue in the vehicle in a few minutes (meaning, he knows what he’s doing. I’ve had a a few other shops throwing parts at it to fix it but Shane knew right away). They had our family vehicle fixed by the end of business that day, done right and budget friendly. Businesses like this deserve credit with so many sharks swimming in the waters. They’re one of the good ones, and earned a loyal customer for life!!! Thanks Guys
