5 /5 James Porzio: Saturday the 06 11 2025. I called for an appointment for the auto butler service because I am going away. I didnt expect to really get anything, but, to my surprise, I did. The service coordinator was very helpful. She they would call me see how soon they could get me in. Within 20 minutes I received a call and the young fellow said he would see if there were any openings. He asked me to be patient while he looked. Much to my surprise he got back on the phone and said there was a cancelation on early Saturday morning. He asked if I would like that one. Other than that, it would be about a month and a half. I took it and showed up for my appointment. They were prompt and courteous. My vehicle came back sparkling clean. Very happy and always good service. I would recommend the service staff to anyone.

4 /5 Grant Burns: Worst service customer service part service that I’ve ever experienced in my life. I still don’t have a truck. It’s been in the shop since March 5, which is a month now never gave me a rental car even though I have a warranty never told me there’s no parts of bail, but if I go on eBay, there’s plenty of parts available GMC original OME not offbrands, but the actual part that I need it’s been sitting in the shop for a month. Supposedly I have a case numbered lady assigned.
