5 /5 Steven Nevets: I wanted to take a moment and share my experience and also say thank you. Today, my tire flew off of my car and my car broke down right in front of their business. Within a few moments, someone came out and offered to help me to get a jack and help me out, someone is already coming with a tow truck so I was Ok, But I was very thankful that he came out and offered to help me. A few minutes later, while still waiting for the Tow truck, someone else came out and offered to help me! I was very appreciative of their positivity and support, that’s an excellent sign of wonderful customer service and excellent human beings!!! I really appreciate it, thank you so much!!!

5 /5 James Tucker: I started taking my vehicles to Hoffmann Auto after they were recommended to me, and Im very thankful for it. The work is always done well and fair priced, they take the time to answer my many questions very friendly and honestly, and theyve never tried to up-sell me on work and parts I dont really need. All that is everything I could hope to get from an auto repair shop, and in my experience, its been extremely difficult to find. But they also have a unique difference that sets them apart from the big shops and franchise chains...they dont have the heavy turnover of mechanics and managers that creates inconsistent quality of work and customer service. Theyre a family owned and operated business of experienced, talented people who know the value of doing the work correctly and honestly, because every job really has their name and reputation on it. I highly recommend them.

5 /5 Larry Greenwell: I have been taking my familys vehicles to Hoffmans for nearly a decade. Dont know why its taken me so long to leave them a good review. But after this last week I knew I had to write one. Basically my son broke down in Jacksonville when his AC compressor died. The guys at RPM there said it would be $2,700. Insane. I called Doug, the owner of Hoffmans (along with his awesome wife, Kathy), to ask if that sounded reasonable, and he said it was way too high. Then he offers to come pick it up from Jax himself so he can tow it back to his shop, and fix it himself. Ended up being nearly half the price. Incredible! These guys are the best! If youre looking for a mechanic, you cant beat Hoffmans!

5 /5 Garret Pogue: I cannot recommend Hoffman Auto enough. After being brushed off by 3 different mechanics, causing my car trouble to get more and more severe, Hoffman actually listened to my concerns and was able to find the cause of my cars problem. They went above and beyond, at a very reasonable price, and they were so kind and easy to talk to throughout the whole process. After years of searching, I am so happy to say Ive found *my* mechanic that I know I can rely on.
