5 /5 Kraig Haas: I took my son to a baseball tournament Melbourne and the power in my car went out in the drive there. I called pep boys and they were more than willing to get me in to the shop and diagnose the problem quickly. We had all of our chairs, tents, coolers, etc in the hotel room and worried about how to get it the the fields the next morning. Much to my surprise, pep boys diagnosed the problem, got the parts and haas me back on the road within 3 hours. Very happy with the friendliness, quickness, and thoroughness. 2 thumbs up.
