I’ve always received the best in customer service however, this past week they went above and beyond to prove what a Professional business they truly are. I had my acrylics touched up with a gel polish put on during lunch on Tuesday. For some reason on Wednesday, one of the nails had the polish start lifting off. So I walked in after work on Wednesday to fix the one nail. Much to my surprise, they redid the whole entire set for free. They didn’t want to chance the quality of something happening to the other fingers in case a step was missed in the original process, which they could not prove. How amazing is that? And they recently remodeled their Salon and it looks beautiful. I highly recommend them.
