5 /5 Vivian Rogers: These guys are truly the best. They never overcharge and will tell you if there is nothing wrong with your car, unlike most places. They are honest, kind, and never rude. As a college-aged girl living here, it is nice not to have to feel like I need to bring my dad with me when handling my car. They sit down and explain everything, ensuring that they have covered all the needs. I love these guys so much, I would drive from almost anywhere for them to check my car.

5 /5 Kimberley McKenzie: I am truly impressed with my experience at Ray’s Tires and Automotive. I recently got a flat tire and had to be towed to the shop. Upon arriving, I discovered that my starter also needed to be replaced. Ray’s was able to replace the starter and all my tires for a fair price and my car was ready the next day! They also performed an inspection and sent it to me by text along with educational videos which I loved :) Communication was exceptional and I received friendly service from all the staff, especially Joey. I would trust Ray’s with all my car-related needs from now on and I am truly grateful to the entire team! Thank you!

5 /5 Stephanie Barker: What can I say? I called and spoke with someone and he arranged the towing to the shop. Even with them have other vehicles ahead of mine for servicing, they had my vehicle done within maybe 2 hours of my arrival. So definitely fast. The shop lead let me know that they might not be able to get my car completed that day shortly after my arrival. The transparency and honesty are greatly appreciated. My daughter has epilepsy and as they were finishing my car, she had a seizure. They made sure she was okay, and let me know to ask them if I needed anything. Great service all around.

5 /5 Angela Carroll: Amazing workmanship, had a Chevy Silverado 2020, with a major misfiring issue due to the Chevy dealership in St Augustine screwing it up. I drove it into Chevy and they wanted to charge me $ 4369 to tear down the engine to diagnose it further, and I had to literally tow it out. They were going to charge another $900 to get it back the way it was when I drove in. All a scam. Then I found Ray’s Automotive, and they fixed it in one day to find out it was a cracked spark plug. So they replaced it with a new one and solved my issues. The car is running like a purring kitten! Great job guys at Rays and poor job at Chevy. Highly recommend Ray’s Automotive in Saint Augustine.
