She makes excellent recommendations both for what services you should get and what products might work for you at home. But more importantly, in addition to being a skilled and knowledgeable stylist, she also has that important "people person" factor, where she really listens to you to help find something that works. My hair is a major point of overstimulation for me (thick hair in the Florida heat/humidity doesnt feel great), and she always works with me to find a cut that both looks good and relieves the sensory overload.
