Tuffy Tire & Auto Service Center - Panama City Beach (FL)

5 /5 Deltina Storey: My husband was having surgery this morning. On my way out of our driveway I discovered a flat tire. I called Tuffy Tire & Auto Service because they were the closest repair location. The person who answered the phone promised to work me in as quickly as possible. When I arrived at the shop, the business was packed. Despite the crowd, I was in & out in 30 minutes or less. The staff was very friendly, professional & kind. I highly recommend this location!!!

5 /5 Jade Klein: All I can say is WOW! From stepping through the door to walking out, it was a phenomenal experience. The car needed all things brakes replaced , and being from out of town, we were on a time crunch. Charlotte kept me calm and assured me it was being taken care and broke every detail down for me. Landon was the technician and he did AMAZING. Came and showed me all the parts and took the time to explain everything to me. Let me take pictures and proof that the last place to look at my car screwed me. Not only did they do a great job, they went themselves to go pick up the parts AND stayed after hours to get the job done. They said they cared more about mine and the kids safety then leaving work on time. I wish they were back home because I would use them for all thing vehicle related! Thank you again everyone HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

5 /5 Michael Celentano: My car started overheating Friday night of our vacation and scheduled to drive home Sunday morning. I took it to Tuffys when they opened Saturday morning and they got the problem diagnosed quickly. They close at 4:00 on Saturdays and told me it would be fixed that day then the folks working stayed until 5:30 to ensure I had my car back. It runs like new and I just got back home after a 5 hour drive. Thank you for the great work and amazing customer service!!
