5 /5 PFS Concrete / Grading / Pattillo Farm and Services: I contacted the company because my daughter was stranded 5 hours from me and 1 hour from her destination. Not only were they prompt with getting our diagnostic set up, they went above and beyond, and if I could give more stars, I would. With the issues we were having and some research we were thinking the vehicle was going to be a complete loss. We ended up setting up a tow and cancelled the service call. From there Desmond still wanted to check the vehicle out for us. Obviously with me feeling completely helpless, it was a great feeling to know that he is one of the people that still care and was willing to do something to help me out!
If he did that for me with cancelling, I know he would be a great choice for anyone needing mobile repair! Thanks again Desmond!
