5 /5 Blake Brown: Absolutely awesome work. By far the best experience I have had with an auto body shop. I broke my passenger side mirror off and within a week of contacting them it has been completely fixed. Once they got the right mirror in, it only took about 30 minutes for them to fix. Got a great price and plenty of help. Front desk ladies are very nice and helpful. 100% would recommend to anyone with damage to their vehicle.

From the start, they sat down with me and walked me through everything, step by step, which made a world of difference. Everyone there was so kind and patient, and they really knew what they were doing. They kept in touch the whole time my car was being worked on, and when it was ready, it looked like new! They also helped coordinate my rental with Enterprise, which was a huge help. I just dropped the rental off right there when I picked up my car—super easy and convenient. You can tell the folks at PCC really care and take pride in their work. They made a stressful situation so much easier, and I’m really grateful. Highly recommend them if you ever find yourself needing repairs!

5 /5 Chansom Croft: I had a great experience with Preferred Collision Center. They got me in sooner than originally estimated, and Joel kept me updated throughout the entire process. They also handled everything with the insurance company, so I didnt have to make a single call-which made the whole experience so much less stressful, even dealt with the rental car company for me. When I went to pick up my car, Joel told me they werent completely satisfied with the paint job and asked me to bring it back so they could make it right. They even provided a rental while they repainted the areas they werent happy with-which really shows their commitment to quality. I highly recommend them and will refer my friends and family.

5 /5 Destinee Walker: This is an excellent place! The work they did was very careful, detailed, and, as a result of those last two qualities, perfect. The end result was even better than I expected. The employees, especially Joel, are also very friendly, considerate, and kind. They kept me updated on the process and were transparent in regard to the necessary work and price, which was completely worth it. They were also helpful and accommodating when I had a nonsensical issue with my bank not allowing me to pay the full amount all at once in one day. I hope I do not have to deal with any further accidents in my car, but if I unfortunately do, I will be more than happy and comfortable to return here for repairs!
