5 /5 bcnguyen: My wife and I and our baby were on our way back from a road trip. With still around 6 hours drive left to go, we noticed a light come on indicating acharge system issue. We called around hoping to get our vehicle serviced immediately. Luckily, this place was kind enough to squeeze us in despite not having an appointment. Everyone we interacted with was very friendly and they were patient with us as we waited with an uncomfortable and screaming baby for the few hours until they fixed the issue. Ended up needing a new alternator and considering they seemed already booked and I imagine replacing an alternator is not a super easy task, we truly appreciated them working with us. They also provided and installed a clamp for a hose and topped off oil. All for a reasonable price in my opinion. The lady at the desk even helped us console our baby while we were waiting. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend this mechanic shop if you are in need of vehicle repairs. Super genuine and kind people and fair prices.

Philip is amazing and is always responsive and nice. Ill miss their old, adorable little dog who used to greet me.

Took my car in, they took a look and realized it was an issue the manufacturer had to deal with. Even though they could’ve charged me they were honest professionals who gave me good advice and said since we can’t fix it we won’t charge. After fixing my car, the manufacturer tried to charge me to fix other issues they found with the car. Phil’s partner was so kind and patient enough to stay with me on the phone as I talked through all the things they were claiming needed to be done. I brought it here for a second opinion and sure enough they told me all of that was unnecessary and saved me a lot of money. Highly recommend this establishment! I love that they keep records of your interactions with them so when you call they can pull up your file and they’re up to speed on everything.

Phillip and his crew are extremely trustworthy and reliable mechanics a car owner could want. Diagnostics have been accurate, no upselling, coupled with down to earth explanations of what is necessary to get my car back to 100% is a given. I have never thought twice about taking my Volvos anywhere but Professional Automotive Repair.
