5 /5 Devin O.: I recently went to the Lawrenceville location to get my X6 BMW serviced. A oil change tech from another company stripped my oil pan so I had to get a whole new one. I shopped around and ultimately ended up going with this location, mainly because of how friendly the staff was. Pretty expensive fix. But, as you read on, you’ll see I felt better about it because of your staff. I worked with Braxton and Morris. Both were great. Very personable and made me feel like my business mattered. They asked how soon I needed my car back. I told them I had to have it before Monday. They were very confident they could do it in that time frame. I went in last Friday and got it back Saturday. Not only did I get it back well before I needed it, they stayed a couple of hours after close to ensure it was fixed! I just thought that was amazing that they would do that for me, and I’m a first time customer. My first impression is, they definitely know how to treat their customers. He has also followed up with me to make sure service went well.
