5 /5 Brittany Mac: Update: NEW MANAGEMENT
They are under new management and yesterday I did not have a good nail experience. My toes were fine but my natural nail, gel manicure was jacked. I spoke with Kelly and she told me to come back and she would fix it. Kelly went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure I had a good experience. Now my nails look amazing and Im so happy. She will definitely be my new tech moving forward. ASK for KELLY!
Felicia is the best!!! She primarily deals with natural nails but shes amazing. She is very thorough and actually listens to the customers. She remembers my bunnies names and ask questions about my events. She goes above and beyond to provide an enjoyable "me day" experience.
