5 /5 Mersadie Murray: I had the best experience here with Orlando. I dropped my car off at noon on Saturday and had it back by noon on Sunday. When I dropped it off, Orlando took it for a test drive with me so I could point out the noise I was hearing. Then he showed me with a camera device exactly what was wrong and took the time to explain everything and give me a super reasonable quote. He also sent pictures of all the bad parts and good parts and explained why my brakes ran down faster than usual. The new brakes he installed are under warranty and I’m very happy with the work. Orlando is also a great guy with a good sense of humor.

5 /5 Maddie Sad: Orlando and his crew are beyond talented and experienced. They can tackle any difficult diagnosis, track down tricky oil leaks, and knock out routine maintenance. I made the mistake of taking a hard to diagnose EVAP code on my Subaru to another shop who only threw new parts at it, assuming it must need a new charcoal canister b/c that’s “usually” what the issue is- and didn’t solve the problem a thousand dollars later. Orlando was able to do a true diagnostic to find the issue. A lot of shops don’t take the time to properly inspect the car, but Orlando will. Along with that, he is great at explaining issues and will walk you through his thought process and procedure. He also provides pictures, status updates, humor, and more. I have since gotten all my repairs done here, and Orlando was even able to install an after market stereo for me. This is the only shop I trust! Thank you guys for keeping my aging lil ‘roo running

5 /5 William: Orlando and his team went above and beyond with a cooling repair! They took video and had the part on standby in order to explain which and how the component failed. If you’re in the area it only makes sense that you go to him for all your preventative care maintenance.
