5 /5 Andi Tosone: Ive been a customer of Avondale Auto Repair and Logan Square Auto Repair for years. Im now moving out of state and saddened to have to find a new mechanic. Finding an honest, thorough and dependable mechanic isnt easy. But at Avondale and Logan Square Auto, I never had to worry. I knew my car was in good hands. Im going to miss the fantastic customer service I always received from Rick, Sammy and the whole team. This team is irreplaceable and Id recommend them to anyone!

5 /5 Rebekah White: Sammy and the boys were literally my saving grace the past few weeks! My beloved Mazda stopped working in the middle of an intersection on Diversey one day and it turned out I needed a total engine replacement. Being a woman, walking into an auto shop gives me anxiety because of how were usually treated in these situations. But Sam handled it so professionally and with a lot of grace! He found me an engine for much lower than any estimate I saw online, and took care of everything else that needed to be done while he was in there. He explained what needed to happen, why he chose the engine he did, and kept me updated while they worked on the car. One shop I had called previously gave me an estimate $2,000 higher than the one Sam gave me. These guys are the best, and theyve got a customer for life!!

4 /5 Andrew A: A really good shop. Shop was clean. Reps were professional. Their system / software for a quote/estimate was nice. They have a Costco Membership discount. But, best of all, the AC problem that has been plaguing me for years was finally solved (Hyundai Dealership was never able to solve this *sigh*). All this was done at a reasonable and affordable price. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to others. The only thing thats holding me back from 5 stars was communication was a little tricky and I was in the dark quite a few times about when they were going to look at my car / has a diagnosis been done / what were the results / when should I pickup the car / expecting a phone call back but then not hearing from them / etc. Two things I think contributed to this: (i) the shop said they unfortunately got swamped when I dropped off the car and (ii) at the end of the process, once I got a record of what was serviced, I see my phone number was listed incorrectly so, in hindsight, I can understand why this was a problem. This wont hold me back from using them again. Everything else was great / very good. Only thing I would recommend is front desk confirms they have the number and email correct before sending the customer off.

5 /5 Tim Burke: I cannot say enough good things about out this place. They’ve been servicing my high mileage Acura for a few years now. Whether the discount for Costco members, honest communication and fair prices, I’m not going anywhere else. They even helped with a collision repair when someone hit my vehicle. I’ve also referred a friend to my guy Sammy, who has been great every time. Appreciate you guys!

5 /5 N D: Always solid service here. Friendly, quick, and they actually take the time to figure things out. I’ve got a mid-2000s Land Rover that most places won’t touch, but they’re always willing to look at it and usually get to the root of the issue pretty fast. Prices are fair and they’ve got good promos. I also really like their automated system—it’s all done through text and makes everything super easy to approve and keep track of. And shoutout to the manager, Sammy. He’s always around, super helpful, and just one of those people you’re glad to see when you walk in. Customer service like that goes a long way.
