5 /5 Milan White: You may be able to find labor for cheap at other places. But what you cant replace is the QUALITY and friendliness that John and Scott offer. I needed my rotors resurfaced since nonody does it anymore. And these guys gave me a free inspection to make sure they were within spec, and hooked me right up. Saddly i was a little strapped on cash, so i couldn’t afford the 1 hour labor charge. But due to my situation being soo dire. They worked with me and shaved just enough off the top ON TOP of dropping the resurface cost of each rotor to 15$ each. So i managed to get 200$+ value for a little over 140. Again yes i know all you armchair mechanics are probably thinking “i can do it myself for 60$” but I COULDNT, and its servicing the community like that that has been lost these days. And thanks to that great customer service i will be sure to be back soon

5 /5 George Steffens: Today we had our second service experience with the guys at Bridge Street. The first time there was a SNAFU, but they had made it right. After today I can see that was just a fluke and they stand behind their work, as this time went well and was reasonable for the work performed. Glad to know there is a shop we can count on when there is an issue with our vehicles we are unable to take care of ourselves. We will be back for other work as needed! Thank you!
