5 /5 Joel Hunt: Ive been here twice. First time came for brakes and oil change as well as just an inspection to figure out issues with steering. No issues with the oil and brake service and control arm repair. Very timely and good communication. A couple weeks before I had hit a raccoon and there was a bit of plastic that was flapping around. I didnt ask them to do anything to it, but they neatly zip tied it together. Really took the small extra step to show care. Second I came in for work on the suspension. Told that it would be 1-2 days. I needed the car on the third day. There was an issue with one of the strut replacements and needed to be kept for a third day to finish issues with the rear suspension. They really put in extra effort to get the repairs finished on that third day. Nick and the guys were up front with what went wrong and put in a lot of extra effort. Ive been to several shops in the area, but this is where Ill be bringing my car in the future.

Nick and the crew are straight-up legends—got me in for an oil change, brake pads, and a quick suspension check, all for about $420. They even threw in a free car wash, which was a nice touch. The waiting area had free Wi-Fi and coffee, making the short wait comfortable. No pressure, no upsells—just honest, quality work. 5 /5 Marina Milković: I am so happy that Ive discovered this place, after so many frustrating experiences with mechanic shops, and the worst, the waiting time. Like days to be diagnosed with the problem, or waiting time for the parts to arrive. Which could cost me so much money on rental cars that would add to the already high price of any repair. I used to drive an old car, that was breaking all the time, and my mechanic claimed its good to go for 3 - 4 years. I got diagnosed by these guys the same day and they have found so many issues and potential life hazards in my old car, it helped me so much to face my old mechanic with an argument and stop fixing the unfixable. I have worked so hard, built my credit and for a start I got myself a used 2022 Chevy Malibu. I was more than happy to take it to Logan Square for the inspection and maintenance. As the car was still quite new but was sitting for awhile outside not being driven, the discs on my wheels needed to be replaced due to rust, and brakes, and just oil. I got a peace of mind as my car is inspected one more time and I can finally drive in peace having these guys as a backup. BUT the most important - no matter what car got fixed on the same day, and there was a few different things to do and parts needed ! It is so easy to get someone at the desk on the phone, you dont get mind pain from AI driving you in a loop, it really works like the old days, you get the real person! My life saver this time was Nick, and he was always available on the phone! As my repairs were still a bit pricey, they helped me get the financing so I can have some relief and pay monthly. It makes things so much better, so you dont delay repairs and ruin your car more than needed. And you get quality work and warranty. P.S. If you are visiting for the first time, if you try to get there on Milwaukee entrance, you will be so confused and theres nowhere to park. Take Sacramento, which is behind the corner, theres always spots and a parking lot under the train tracks.
