My Driver heat a Deer and missed up the front truck body parts and radiator assembly were rushing to delivery our load and they really nice persons . He replaced radiator, belts tensioner, fixed in one day and continue driving by evening. Carriers and drivers when our trucks broken always we need fixed fast and continue our deliveries, because we don’t want waste additional positions. I pulled onto the shoulder —seemingly in the middle of nowhere. Dash lights were going crazy, and I thought I was completely stranded. Terry answered immediately, quickly diagnosed the issue over the phone, and called the local Chevrolet dealer. Within 5 minutes, he called back with great news—they had the part in stock. He connected me with his mechanic Kevin, who showed up on the side of the highway with the part, installed it right there, and had me back on the road in under an hour. What could have been a nightmare turned out to be a blessing thanks to Terry and Kevin. Their professionalism, speed, and knowledge were top-notch.
