5 /5 Douglas Bush: We were on our way home to Shreveport, LA. Our vehicle radiator got a rock hole and started running hot. We were able to make it safely to their shop, and they immediately brought the vehicle in the shop and diagnosed the issue. Unfortunately, I had to order the part and had it dropped shipped to them. The manager was very polite and stayed past closing time till our ride made it to the shop. We were stranded 2 hrs from home. It was easy to do business with Richmond Automotive. I highly recommend using them for any of youre Automotive needs! Thank you again!

5 /5 Maurice Long: My wife was traveling traveling out of state for her sons wedding when her car broke down. She had her car towed to Loves Travel stop in Tallulah LA where I was able to meet her a few hours later. The car would not drive forward and by all appearances the transmission had gone out. The Loves shop manager suggested we have the car towed to Richmond Automotive. As it was late at night we spent the night in Vicksburg and got to Richmonds when they opened the next morning. We talked to the owner, Lloyd who assured us we would be taken care of. We continued on to the wedding and about two hours later we received a call from Lloyd stating that a brake caliper had seized up and was keeping the car from driving. This was a cheap fix compared to the transmission I was dreading! I cannot say enough good things about Lloyd and Richmond automotive. They could have very easily taken advantage of us since we were from out of state. They were not only extremely nice but very honest and very reasonably priced. I do not think I could have gotten the job done any cheaper in my hometown! Our car was on their lot in a secure area for the remainder of the week and was well taken care of. I highly recommend Richmond Automotive!
