I recently visited this hair salon for a hair trim. Initially, everything seemed fine when I left the salon, but later that evening, I noticed that my haircut was uneven, with several strands left uncut.
I would expect this kind of result from an amateur hairstylist; however, its not what I signed up for, nor what I paid for. Disappointed with the outcome, I contacted the salon to request a refund. 2 days later, they responded to my request with an offer to fix my hair instead of providing a refund. Unfortunately, I HAD to get my hair fixed that day (I work in an office five days a week), but they were unable to accommodate me due to the salon being closed. Additionally, I do not see myself taking the risk of having another stylist at the salon fix my hair, especially when it seems there is no quality control over their hairstylists. This was frustrating, as the issue was not immediately apparent until I had a closer look at home.
If you are a new customer, especially if you do not speak Spanish, I would advise against getting a haircut here. The service quality and lack of customer support were not up to standard, and I regret choosing this salon for my trim.

Daniela F My experience overall was great . Leonardo and his assistant did a great job on my fine hair I did blonde balayage & hair treatment .they didn’t damage my delicate hair and Leonardo recommend the hair home treatment to keep takin care of my hair . He is very professional. One more thing the teas they offer is amazing . I felt like I knew them for a long time very friendly environment. Thank you Leonardo .

Negative:
Had a similar negative experience regarding price accuracy and transparency. Over the phone I was told the cost for a womens haircut for thick long hair with layers is $50. The website says a haircut includes "Womens custom haircut and style." Upon checking out, I was very surprised to be charged $90. They said a style wasnt included in the price and the style was $40. My hair is thick and a lot to work with so I didnt rebut and paid it. Though I did politely suggest they update their website. I was disappointed they got defensive and said, thats why they post their prices physically in the salon. As a customer having called and checked the website regarding pricing, its not customer oriented to expect us to check a third data point to understand how much the haircut will cost.
My haircut was fine but rushed, and even more so after I had to ask the stylist to cut my layers higher after not confirming the shortest length upon the first cut. The style was definitely not for me, we didnt discuss preference at all (heavy layered 1950s flip out), but maybe some folks like that. She did do an excellent job smoothing my frizzy hair during the style.
At $90 plus the rushed job, I would opt for another salon. For $50 and just a trim, no style, Id give it another try with a different stylist.

Chelsea Guaman I don’t like this salon
They just robbed me, I was charged more than I was suppose too.
I asked this hair stylist Jessica if it’s going to be $50 for everything with cut and blow dry and she said yes and I came out to pay almost $140 for just a hair cut and blow dry.
I’m not happy with her service and I’m not happy with this salon.

Liz Liz Awful haircut. My hair is wavy and the guy that did my hair spent no more than 15 minutes on it after I waited an hour. Was told to come back for a hair treatment… how is that going to help when my haircut doesn’t flatter me in the first place? Second time I’ve been to this salon and this experience was worse than the last. During the haircut I did not feel comfortable or like they wanted me there, after the haircut I felt more unattractive than I did when I came in. Do yourself a favor and don’t spend your money here… cash grabbers :(
