Kelly H Dr. FItzpatrick is the best. He is very thorough and even consults with every patient in his office after he does the check up. I see some negative reviews here in staff. I have never had a issue with the staff....always friendly, have everything ready upon check out. He is part of a large medical group. They dont necessarily do the billing from that location, thats why they take info and forward to billing office. This is how most doctors office works in 2023. My dental office is the same type of set up. Unless you are going to a dr.s office from 1972 this is the way it is.

Nancy Mirabile I have been a patient of Dr. John Fitzpatrick for as far back as I can remember. He is thoughtful, experienced, well informed, and always honest. There are many doctors out there that, during a visit, the patient only sees the top of his or her head, as they are focusing on the computer screen. No matter how busy the office is, Dr. Fitzpatrick maintains his focus on the patient who is in front of him, and these days, that is really rare. I can honestly say that I have never left his office without being better educated about my own body, and more at ease with whatever was bothering me physically. He is a true, compassionate, highly educated professional who was absolutely meant to be a doctor. It is evident that he loves what he does, and I highly recommend this physician to patients of all ages. You will never regret seeing a doctor who sees, hears, and focuses on you and what ails you! Dr. Fitzpatrick truly cares!!

Anthony Lambos I’ll first start off by saying that Dr. Fitzpatrick is an amazing physician and person. That being said. The call center may be the worst I’ve ever experienced. My 92 year old mother tested positive for Covid. So I call. Of course you can’t get thru to the office so the horrendous call center answers the call. I explained the problem and needed some advice from Dr. Fitzpatrick and if he could call me and maybe prescribe some Covid medicine and have it sent to pharmacy. He knows my mother very well. Of course he probably did not receive the message as usual. So I call again today and the worthless call center answers again. This time their system is down but assured me I’d get a call back. Guess what? No call back. I just called again and the call center tells me they cannot access her information because it’s on a different system. This is a joke right? Please Dr. Fitzpatrick or anyone. Something needs to be done here. This is absurd that nothing gets accomplished and sick people who are not mobile suffer. All was needed was a call back and some Covid meds possibly sent to pharmacy. Absolutely ridiculous how this is run. A lot of His staff is awful and cold as well. Especially the front desk person. Sad.

Tommy Landers Dr. Fitzpatrick has been my physician for over 40 years. He is very knowledgeable and caring. However, his office is now controlled by Highland Medical group who never follows through to connect to the doctors office. The nurses in his office are terrific but Highland Medical group refuses to connect to them. I needed a medication today. I started at 8AM and Highland Medical kept saying I would get the medication within 24-48 hours. Meanwhile I am in pain. I called another Doctors office whose nurse was very familiar with a vaginal yeast infection. which requires one pill and she sent the prescription in right away. Meanwhile, Ted over at Highland Medical is still waiting to get his supervisor, Angel to speak to me. I had already spoken to Ashley and Jamie 3 hours ago. I am now on my way to pick up a pill that will give me some relief. If it wasnt for Dr. Fitzpatrick I would leave Highland Medical.

Arlene Melillo Let me say at the outset that Dr. Fitzpatrick is a wonderful, caring physican, and the Highland Medical Call Center listens carefully to callers issues ... but nobody in the office follows through.
Calls are not returned. The telephone-tag is unproductive. Ive even stopped into the office twice with hard copies of the issues. Somebody always makes a copy and says they will take care of it --- weeks later they havent. It takes entirely too much time and effort to work with this very unprofessonal office staff. Perhaps the Office Manager could intercede.
