5 /5 Debra Conti: The best measurement of any service is the outcome. I spent 10 days in Helen Hayes Hospital recovering from knee replacement. The staff are incredibly kind and caring. Nursing, physical, recreational and occupational therapy work together to provide the best outcomes. Case management and social service work with the family to coordinate discharge and home care. Food is good and food service workers are pleasant. I was blessed to go to a Helen Hayes. I am an elderly female with multiple medical problems and two weeks after knee replacement surgery I am home, independent, walking without a cane or crutches and that my friend is because of the therapy in Helen in Hayes.
