Sarah Ruby Staff and nurses and ER docs were friendly, compassionate and for us in quickly with a packed waiting room. Nurses did a great job with my 8 year old son who was not happy to be in the ER, getting his IV catheter and iv meds. Explained things not only to me but to him in a way he understood. Answered alll of his questions and he had a lot of them!
Diagnosis was quick…4 starts because discharge took a long time but I know they were busy.

Laura Staubes I was there on an extremely busy night, stretchers in the hall, etc., but all staff remained friendly, very professional, moving because they were very busy, but not forgetting I was a human, in pain. I can say this for ALL staff I encountered that night....except for the CT tech who I felt was treating me like a piece of meat, not assisting me on/off the table, but roughly pushing/pulling me (despite severe abdominal pain and a history of back surgery). He went through the motions but I felt pushed, pulled, but NOT assisted, and cold personality. Otherwise, everyone was great, realistic about the delays, but they were truly doing as well as they could given the conditions Wed., 11/7/24 afternoon/eve and night. Thank you.

Patrick rastiello I arrived around 7:30 as a visitor from the Boston area where there is first rate health care and nurses actually loo professionally with pain scale 8
Obviously in bad pain. I registered and was triaged by Chris and then did not have a single person speak with me for 3 hours.
We asked for an update and no one came out to talk to us.
One waiting room person, Jeffrey, was throwing up on the floor. My wife a retired nurse asked for a blanket which took 20 mins. .Jeffery went into the treatment t room. No one ever came to clean the mess. Another man obviously mentally disturbed had his hands in his pants all night.
No one came to talk to me. People who came after us were looked after first it took until midnight when I made a fuss to see if I was going to be looked at.
The registration lady said she would get a nurse to come out. No one ever did.
Finally at 12:45 I had enough even in my state of pain I had enough and said I was leaving and the registration lady had the audacity to say “Oh I think we have had a room for you. I gave her a piece of my mind
So after 5+ hours we drove back to MA.
Where I was looked at immediately at a local facility and got a diagnosis within an hour.
So I give you a 0 no stars for the worst medical experience of my life. The employees looked scruffy and unprofessional and detached from any empathy to the patience waiting.

courtney So Ive been here a few times and every other time I was not treated as well as I was the past 2 days! It all started with the er nurse, melissa. She was completely awesome and never made me feel like a patient and made me feel so comfortable. And then when I went up for my OR prep and had panic attacks, every nurse, I wish i could remember the names of, did such a great job calming me down and making me laugh. Im very pleased with the crew I had taking care of me and if you can figure out who they all were from 9am november 7th to 10:30am November 8th, give them all a prize !

M Rodriguez My most recent visit was crazy. It took from 11 am through to 4 pm for me to be seen by a doctor. While waiting in the waiting room one of the xray techs was going to take the wrong person to x-rays. Its great that the caregiver was there and spoke up. I feel the techs should check the wristbands to confirm the name of the patients. Anyway, I was there from 11 am until about 9 pm.
