5 /5 N M: Patients were lined up around the wall and it was packed in the ER waiting room. However, that had no effect on the excellent care provided by the nursing staff in the ER. Lily is superb at her job. Mo is amazing. The charge nurse too, though I cant remember her name. I expressed my concern about the delay in seeing my loved one, but she gently explained the difference between patients waiting on one side versus those on another. Under such circumstances, a little understanding and thoughtful explanation go a long way.
I am amazed at the work these folks have to do, Day In/Day Out. Most amazing is that they do it with a smile, patience, care, and the utmost competence.
