Michael Rogers I would give zero stars if I could. I was a patient of the Dr here for 20 years, but I cannot recommend this practice to anyone. They have replaced their office management and staff with incompetents, the nursing staff is no better. The office manager decided to treat me like a criminal and make accusations instead of verifying my insurance. I was asked to leave and she told the providers that I threw a pen at the receptionist, who I wasnt even talking to. She got me discharged from the practice, which she was quite proud to tell me. They also lost all my immunization records which I very much needed.... atrocious way to run a medical practice. Disgusting

John Quigley My familys had it here. Ive been coming to Dr. S SINCE 1999. Since 2007, my whole familys been coming here.
To be clear, the practicioners are amazing. The front office staff is overall the worst in the history of medical care. Anyone whos visited the office knows exactly the ones Im talking about.
These staff people have kept us from seeing our doctors and asked triage questions that a receptionist should not ask.
The offending staff seem to think its their personal fifedom, and they can control peoples medical care. History of inappropriate, unprofessional rude signage, conversations, and comments.
Today, my 11 year old is sick, the whole family is sick, but our boy has swollen nodes and had to see the Doc.
We were given an app. By one of the professional staff for 145pm
My wife (who is sick too) drove my son, was on time, and becuse she waited so long in line to check in, had the appt. Canceled and moved up.
My son did see the doctor, and again the care he received was excellent.
Its just thay every single time we go or call the doctor, there seems to be some unnecessary and unacceptable barrier to care.
The people who visit this office are either sick or have medical concerns. They shouldnt have to be subject to this kind of treatment.
If the offending staff doesnt like their job or feel they cant handle it, they should leave instead of having a negative impact on peoples medical care.
Furthermore, the office should step in and make the change as there are multiple complaints regarding the same people and the same subject. You look at reviews, and you take them with a grain of salt. People are sick, theyre in a bad mood etc.
But common sense tells you theres obviously a problem.

Teri Jones Called trying to make an with a new patient appt. The rep said they are booking into late April, early May which was fine, but I had to push her to even look at an appointment for me. Then she proceeded to ask me a bunch of questions about when I was last seen and sounded extremely judgmental because I wasn’t sure but I knew it had been several years. The rep was rude and extremely short needless to say I will be trying another provider. As I believe good quality care starts at the door and based on other reviews this isn’t a first with this practice. I need to feel comfortable going to or calling my doctor’s office.

Chuck Burns I have been seeing my MD at this practice for more than 20 years. Sadly, some of the staff are horrible and my recent experience left me with no other option to go elsewhere. Had a scheduled fasting blood draw - received several reminders - showed up on time, checked in and paid my copay. Spent 2 hours in the waiting room listening to the food network while starving (I complained about this before) and they forgot about me. Wasted hours of precious sick time while starving with the food network blasting at me. Appointment never happened. Never again.

kerra burns I really like my doctor here. That’s why I keep coming back. That said the office needs work. As soon as you walk up to the door there are signs that you need to wear a mask and if you don’t have one they will not provide you one, you have to reschedule. This is such a poor message to send to your patients. I understand that we have to wear a mask. I understand that people should be responsible enough to remember one, but denying someone a medical appointment because they forgot a 10 cent mask is an awful way to care for your patients. How hard is it to put a box of masks out if someone forgets instead of turning them away? I go into the waiting room and an older couple come in and the husband is in a wheelchair and obviously needs assistance. They wouldn’t let his wife stay with him to assist because she didn’t have an appointment. I understand they don’t want extra people in the office, but you really can’t make an exception for this situation? I have no complaints about the medical staff, my care has been good and the doctors are responsive. The front office could use a little more customer care.
